Girlfriend came by ambulance and we still had to wait in the waiting room for 45 minutes. Had to hurry them up because she was in great need of medical attention. Took 10 tries and 4 nurses to get an IV started and hardly got any individual attention throughout our time. The lady that did our registration was extremely hateful to my girlfriend and I. Overall the experience was bad and I hope we never have to go back there.

The worst emergency room staff I have ever had to deal with. They don’t care what you have to say about your pain and the doctor refuses to tell you exactly what’s going on and leaves you wondering to find out on your own I will be driving the 45 minuets to Louisville from now on! Pushed my call light and took them 3 minuets to answer it good thing there was no real big emergency or I would of been toast I don’t know how this place has not got shut down

Went in at 3 am sick enough to require surgery. Had a long wait time in the ER room and that’s my only complaint. There was one doctor on duty who was dealing with a trauma. I completely understand why i was not seen right away. They really need two doctors for instances like this. The nursing staff on the other hand was awesome. Checking in and bring me something for the pain.

At 7 am Doctor Bell came in and things started rolling. If you get this man put all your fears to rest he is quick thorough and i felt like i was talking to a family member not a doctor. Doctor Bell called in Doctor Harmon and again an amazing doctor and surgeon. Treated me like a friend not a patient. Excellent in every way!

My surgery was not major but had to be done and it’s the first time i have ever been to surgery for anything, so i had was quite frankly terrified at first. After dealing with those two doctors i would go back in a heartbeat if i had to. The recovery staff did an excellent job!

Thank You!

Do not waste your time going to this ER or any providers affiliated with this Hospital. First of all I have been to this ER 3 times and I should have learned the first time that it is a complete Joke.
I have never seen an MD while in the ER and I am in complete shock that this place has not shut down. We are military and got screwed because Fort Knox Hospital has shut down and Hardin is the closest Hospital. We have lived so many places through out our military career and This place is the worst by far. I seriously would not send my dog there. It is worth the hour drive to Louisville. Also I had a hysterectomy 5 months ago and the surgery went fine but a month after my surgery I of course went into full menopause and have had severe symptoms like severe hot flashes, severe fatigue, can't get out of bed ect. I can't take estrogen so I've called and begged my gyn that did the surgery for help. 5 months later I'm still begging telling this office that I'm a danger to myself, I'm bedridden, depressed and please please help me and I have yet to get help . If anything I get told to go the ER. My husband has contacted many different sources on this issue and has been told that this is DEFINITELY in her lane and she won't help and I can barely think straight.
You try and try to reach out for help and nobody cares. I truly understand why the suicide rate is so high and also I clearly understand why the drug addiction is such a problem. You can't get any help!!! Nobody gives a damn.
So when they say to get help I want to know where!! This is completely insane and it is really scary that some of these doctors have their medical license.
This had ruined me and I'm so far gone I don't think I will ever recover from this.
I definitely will never forget this pain and misery that I'm living now and have been begging for help for 5 months and nobody cares or they say go to the ER.
I still can't believe this is really happening. Wow!!!!

Everyone is usually helpful. They are so busy all the time it seems, they have hard work for them there. But they get the job done even if it takes a long, long time.
