I would not go anywhere else if i had a choice. Excellenrlt customer service, all of the medical staff from the doctors, nurses, aids, even the MRI guy are all very nice and accommodating. They make sure you are comfortable at all times. The care provided is thorough.

i was hesitant about delivering here due to the ratings but i went ahead and scheduled my cesarean here and i was not disappointed. the nurses were so nice and sweet. mine & my boyfriend’s favorite RN was Johanna. she was so amazing! there was one RN that was very annoying and treated us like we were children that didn’t have a clue how to care for a baby. i do not recall her name but she was horrible. other than that all the other staff made our experience memorable.

I recently had spinal surgery. The computer system was down the three days I was there. They missed bringing me meals. Of the three days I got 2 meals. The day I had surgery they ran out of pain medication that night. They did not give me my regular medications. Because, it still wasn’t in the computer. They did not come when I called. I waited hours and finally unstrapped myself. Dragged the IV and went to the bathroom. Which had ants crawling all over the floor. This was third world medical treatment.

This is a wonderful, state of the art facility. The staff makes you feel welcomed right away and takes great pride in the work. I will always come here. Thank you.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. EVEYBODY HAD AN ATTITUDE TOWARDS MY HUSBAND AND I. WE HAD SO MANY QUESTIONS, AND THEY REFUSED TO HELP US. THEY CHARGED US BUT WE NEVER HAD ANSWERS TO OUR QUESTIONS. ONE MORE THING THEY DID GIVE MY HUSBAND MEDICATION FOR ATHLETES FOOT AND HE HAD SOMETHING TOTALLY NOT RELATED TO THAT SMH
