Their billing department doesn’t even send you a bill or notifications until after it’s been a year later and you can’t even try to help the insurance To pay. I had two insurances and they claimed they couldnt get ahold of me. They sent ot to collections who had no trouble contacting me but it was a year later and out of timely filing. Their entire business office and billing system is horrible. Even after I waa able to contact them they werent able to get an itemized statement to me.
Service at this hospital from the doctors hasn't changed in over 20 years. Making up easy diagnosis and running the most basic tests to justify getting people out asap regardless if the patient was any better or not. I now have to go to another hospital to figure out what's wrong. I have no idea why the public decided to improve and expand this facility if the service isn't going to improve.
Have never had positive experience with this hospital .

Billing is awful. Sent us to collections. Received notice Sept. 24th. Went to clinic in mid - January and the hospital discovered problems with insurance and never notified us until April 29th. We had moved April 8th. Claim is finally being resubmitted to correct insurance. No one in billing bothered to call clinic to look at the "submission" papers with contact information.
