Harrington Memorial Hospital

It took me 6 hours for my ER visit. My word the ER must of been 75+ degrees with not 1 stick of air & the help honestly even worse. 3x to get IV started. I had to call to let them know my IV was done an hour earlier & the nurse then proceeded to spill fluid as she was trying to flush it. I should've gone to Ready MD or into St. V's. Not 1 issue really resolved.

When I went, as soon as they saw my medication list was dismissed as someone seeking meds, when I never once tried getting anything, so was sent home pretty much being told theres nothing wrong. Won't be going to this one again...

My grandson was transferred to Southbridge from Webster with a collapsed lung. The staff at both facilities were great, professional and compassionate. They ran tests and scheduled surgery. He was in ICU for 4 days. It was clean, comfortable and inviting. The nurses and Doctor were very informative. Considering the reason for the visit they made it as welcoming as possible. . I thank harrington and its members for taking such good care of my grandson and his worried mother.

I don't trust these hospital you guys lie to me about my ekg and did not tell me or my doctor that I had a heart problem and I could have died on the table when I went in for surgery. All you guys wanted was to get paid from my health insurance you guys messed up and I'm getting a lawyer involved because you guys don't care. So if I was anyone else go to a different hospital

They do not make low enough reviews. The staff continuously lies to you about your treatment and plans for treatment. I will never visit this facility again as long as I am able to make a choice.
