I was scheduled for a stress test to prepare for a carotid artery surgery. I was given the impression that I had an appointment and didn't get a phone call until I was pulling up into the parking lot telling me otherwise. I had driven an hour and a half to get there for a no existant appointment. I had to talk to the department head to get things straightened out. I even had to tell them that I would go to the hospital administrator if there was another screwup over the situation.

This is the worst hospital I have ever had the misfortune of being a patient. There is one nurse in particular that is the most arrogant, hateful person i have EVER met. Unfortunately I do not have her name. I have had the bad luck of having her twice Only thing I know for a fact is she worked 2 nd shift on my floor. I was then in room 444 bed 1. I wish to goodness she had told me her name but of course she did not - it would be too easy to report her. She has short grayish hair and is over weight . If she treats everyone like she treated me i would be shocked that others haven't filed complaints. I was last there not 2 weeks ago. But I also want to give Josh s high thumbs up. He is the nicest nurse i have EVER had. Cheryl Yelverton. PS We won't ever be back!! If I could give a minus 1 , i woyld

Claim over improper care that held up what was a life threatening ordeal is getting ready to happen. Fought over a transfer to have surgery that ended up saving my life!

I Geraldine J had a colonoscopy procedure to do at 845am. On 7-7 But the staff doing the procedure did not communicate and we got there at 845am and had waited two hours and i had to call them in and ask them what was going on and all they could tell me was I was next but might be another 45min. I think your staff all of them need to communicate better. Because you have to not eat or drink or eat anything after 12pm they should schedule there appointments better so people would not have to wait 2 hours
