Had my hip replaced. Procedure was great, care was excellent and staff very friendly over the 2 nights stay. Even food was good!

The new CEO will terminate, even if you text her the problems, she says she won't but it is called whistleblower retaliation. Thanks. I got fired by Alliant for telling the truth, derogatory reasons of Healdsburg Hospital. Scam. They really don't care to fix the employee problem, one new grad left her screen wide open for a serious HIPPA flag....still has her job. OMG.Lisa is doing illegal slander lateral abuse violence, writing phony letters to management to falsely accuse, a real too facer who smiles in your face. Thanks again for your help.

Five star losers. 1 no AIDET, 2, no orientation by Lisa as a night manager, 3 Med Pro travel nurses Vicki and Connie Sleep on the job, 4 upper management doesn't care : NO nursing agenda 5 Steve eats and is on Google most of the time....there is no intensive care MD, just a hospitalist. Praying for your workers to change. Thanks. No scavenger hunt as well. 6 Cathy is direspectful and doesn't know how to orient a new person....Don't sit in my chair, disrespectful. 7 Outdated computer system. 8
Defective blood pressure cuff..... Thanks, I am trying to fix the problems here without being derogatory. 9. The IVs are back ordered, mis constituted by Jailin, doesn't understand phamacology. Hope you are fixing this hospital. Blessings to you for a prosperous new year. 10. Lisa the night supervisor typed a phony letter to Slandering and mocking Me, then later mocks Angie, she is disrespectful, as well. The ICU nurse and nurse supervisor have bad attitude s to train the travel nurses, they hate travel nurses.

I really can't give this ER one star. I was treated very poorly and very disrespectfully as a patient . I am RN from Monterey and was visiting Healdsburg developed the worst migraine headache ever. My abortive Migraine med was not working , I was dizzy, nauseated and very afraid their was something very wrong with me. The nurses could not start an iv had very poor professional behavior and were substandard in abitity. The doctor was even worse ! She would not even call my neurologist to get my history . I was give medication for nausea and discharged . This was a horrible visit to an ER and my husband and I were afraid because of f the substandard care I received. Never go to this ER . Head for Kaiser.

We had the best ER experience possible at this local hospital. We came in with a medical crisis, were seen immediately, and given excellent care by highly competent nurses and MD. Extra effort was made to provide comfort to the patient and to us as family ( warm blankets for all!) and the team coordinated beautifully with patient's home physicians and arranged for a smooth transfer by ambulance to our own hospital back in the South Bay. The ER was clean, quiet and privacy honored. We were treated with warmth and consideration. Wish all ERs could be like this.
