If I could give it no stars I would. The doctors do not care at all. They give you a Tylenol 3 for everything. I could be on my death bed and they’d give me a Tylenol 3 and send me home. They have no care for your health and they don’t even check on you or actually try to figure out your symptoms or help you no matter how serious it is. They are rude on top of that. You spend hours here and see the doctor for a total of 5 minutes if not less than that. No more than 5 minutes for sure. They should all be fired and have completely new staff.

It is what it is, a small town hospital, without all of the equipment of a large hospital. Care is very limited, however, when there is no urgent care clinic open, then they are what is left. We always use urgent care first. I, myself, has had to make 3 trips to the ER, and with each of them I was satisfied, in fact quite happy. Kidney Stones, flare up of my COPD, a fall face first, not being able to catch myself on concrete. All three visits and did take care of me, very kind, I am proud we have the facility in Lexington, Tn. For a higher level of care needed, they do not hesitate to send you to Jackson-Madison County ER.

Poorest excuse for treatment that I have ever seen; and I worked in EMS + in- hospi3 work. Doctors seem to forget their oath concerning patient care. Go to Jackson!

Don't take or recommend w/out $150 upfront...asked stroke victim for funds prior to being transferred by ambulance to JMCGH!

Could do better, I'm bewildered why though this facility doesn't accept a local workplace health insurance plan (Aetna)?.
