My wife and I had our baby over the weekend. Marie, Courtney and a few others did an excellent job! The playground in the first floor was very nice to play with my 3 year old; there was even some music playing and it was a pleasant experience. The meal that my wife received and the one meal that I received was good. Although the cheesecake was just ok; still thankful for the place and the professionals that work here.

While the practitioners here are very good, the hospital administration are by and far the most money hungry group I've seen. If you have a large bill and try to make payments they will only take 4-5 payments before they send it to collections. Now god forbid you need financial aid of some sort, they will shake you down for every bit of personal information possible i.e. tax returns, bank account balances & ACCOUNT #'s, W2's, and paycheck stubs. This is more information than even state OR federal aid require. I've included the form below for your viewing pleasure. Avoid this hospital at all costs if you value your wallet

I just delivered my daughter here two days ago and had the best experience I could possibly imagine. The facility is so nice and accommodating and every single member of the staff was so sweet and approachable. The two postpartum days we were hospitalized, it never felt like time was dragging while we waited to go home. There were always staff members around making sure we were doing well, helping us when we needed it, explaining things that I didn't know I didn't know, and making sure we knew all of the programs/assistance/classes available to us. They all were so loving toward my new daughter and it made my heart swell to have everyone be so enamored by her. They were also so attentive to my postpartum needs and they treated me with just as much importance as they treated my baby. I cannot possibly explain how thankful I am for this hospital, it's staff, and the experience they have given me.

Drove 2 hours to get an MRI here after waiting 2 months for an appointment. Got caught in construction and showed up 4 minutes late. Was told to just leave. Thanks for wasting 4 hours of my life just for being 4 minutes late due to construction and detours. Whoever is in the MRI department here is extremely distasteful and has a lack of sympathy. Would not recommend.

Living in Danville we love to use Hendricks Regional for our medical needs. However their billing office is one of the worst I had ever seen. I have filed a complaint on two different issues within a 10 year time span. The first was taken care of only after talking to the Vice President of the hospital. My second complaint was not only for myself but involved all people when enrolling annually with the hospital. When I voiced my issues and stated IU, St Vincent, optometrist and dental organizations add certain material to make billing simpler for their clients I was told arguing about it doesn’t change anything and that is their process. It’s no wonder IU West is packed every single day.
