Went to emergency room this Tuesday and doctor treated allergic reaction and with labs found critical results. Admitted and spent 3 nights here. Best hospital experience I ever had. Nurses, techs, housekeeping and dietary very patient focused, caring and professional. Excellent hospital food. Very modern and clean hospital. Thank you Nurses especially Jessica, Libby, Rachel and Kayleigh. Nurse tech Deanna W. gave me exceptional care. Highly recommend this hospital!

I love this hospital. Stayed here for pneumonia when I was a teenager, and the pediatric center was amazing! Also had both my children here, and we had such a wonderful experience with the labor and delivery center. HIGHLY recommend!

Lots of new staff in ER. Some of the older ones are still there and nice.
Others seem to have no clue how to be kind to a patient. New rules. New CEO. High costs. Won't work much with you on billing even after your insurance pays. It's not the same as it was a few years back and it shows from the ER staff to the billing rules. But probably the same everywhere unfortunately. It's all about the $$$$

I brought in a disabled person to the Hendricks ER Danville. Besides, A*****, who is a nurse helping take patients back to get serviced, everyone else seemed to be kind and helpful. A***** claimed I had gotten into her face regarding an issue, when the individual that came with me to help in this most difficult, emotional situation was a witness that I had not, but only asked a question. I have left a message for the director of the ER department to call me back. I will see if she does. Unfortunate 1 bad apple can spoil a whole bunch. I feel sorry for the rest of the staff that must work with this sorry, ungrateful-to-have-job, RN.

Went tonight for a procedure, the staff was very professional, caring and reassuring. Drove 1 1/2 hours, glad I did. Thanks.
