They treated me like something stuck to the bottom of their shoe. I kept asking to know what was going on, and no one would tell me. I was treated like a joke. Do not go here for mental health issues of any kind. You will be treated as less than.

Absolutely wonderful care. They have saved my life more than once. Professional nurses. Just outstanding care.

I went to this "hospital" last night in extreme pain from a kidney stone. The nurses were all fabulous. The doctor was a joke. Dr. Bobrakov confirmed that the CT showed I had two kidney stones. Luckily, they were small and not blocking anything, but little kidney stones on the move hurt like hell. I've had a number of them. Most doctors agree it's one of the most painful things people experience. This "doctor" looked me right in the eye, and when I asked for pain medication (I should not have HAD to ask!!) with tears streaming down my face, he told me, "Kidney stones don't hurt." WHAT???? Where did this guy get his medical degree? Out of a gumball machine??? KIDNEY STONES DON'T HURT????? I left in agony. In tears. I heard people talking as I left and no one respects this guy. I heard one person say, "This guy is killing me." Yeah, because he leaves the poor nurses to deal with his aftermath!!! If you're in pain, I would suggest driving the hour to Indianapolis. I did that last night and was taken care of in a compassionate way. Sociopathic doctors who lack empathy and have a god complex should not be practicing medicine. The one star belongs to the nurses. I wouldn't wish a kidney stone on anyone... Except this doctor. I hope he gets one and he's burned all his bridges at work, so no one will help him. What a horror show. (And no. I'm not calling your quality person referenced in other reviews. I want nothing to do with this sham of an ER. Thank god I don't actually live there!!!!)

Zero stars if possible! Sit and wait for hours and ive never ever heard so many i dont knows from a medical person in my life. Nobody there should work there if they are not compassionate and billing comes in right away before anything gets done and reguardless how much pain ur experiencing they still want theirs and in 5 to 8 hours you get an i dont know... The Place is evil and anyone who has seen the size of the new castle cemetary can understand why its the largest i have ever seen after a visit there...

I've had the pleasure of visiting the ER, Imaging and Surgery departments over the past year. I had great experiences with all of the staff I was in contact with! I was treated with respect & dignity...they are the best!!!
