Receptionist was nice, Nurse was nice, but saw her rarely (they were busy) Started IV about 45 minutes before I left. Should have been started when I arrived. (5 hours earlier) CT Tech was kind. I did not care for doctor at all. He looked disheveled, unprofessional, asked the same questions several times when I just answered his question. He was uncaring. He rushed in and rushed out. Not sure of his name....he was a short guy, heavy set, dark hair. He diagnosed me with a headache. Went to OSU in Columbus the next day and I was diagnosed with Occipital neuralgia a condition in which the nerves that run from the top of the spinal cord up through the scalp, called the occipital nerves, are inflamed or injured.

Nurses were awsome. Doctor on duty didn't listen to me at all. Couldn't physically see the problem so assumed it didn't exist.

Never go here I don't understand how they are even funded to stay open. Worst ever place to get any emergency care. Take the extra 20 mins to Clinton memorial hospital.

This is the absolute worst hospital I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Not only is the majority of the staff rude and unhelpful, their doctors don't know their head from a hole in the ground in the ER. Multiple misdiagnoses on not only myself but several family members and friends. Each time going to another hospital to be told Highland District was wrong. If you are dying, don't go here, they'll only kill you faster. Also, their billing department bullies single parents who meet the guidelines for assistance but they refuse to help. They will also incorrectly bill you, over bill you and extort you. Choose somewhere else for your care. Do not trust them with your loved ones or your own life.

I bust my hand opened and I got here at 1:11 am and right now it is 5:01 am and still waiting the nurses don't do their job. They sit around and talk it's stupid recommend somewhere faster!
