feedback about Hill Regional Hospital
This was the worst customer service I have ever had. Not to mention the physical therapy was terrible. These people don’t care about me. All they want is my money
If you need ER Service I suggest you find another hospital. if you can. This place was a bad joke. Only Reason It gets a star is because you cant go lower. And yes they bill for 5 star service, believe me.
It was terrible experience! They didnt even put a wrist band on her when she went in. she complained about her legs to the doctor on top of what we came for, they did nothing for her. they ignored her pain and lied to her saying that I was not in the waiting room; even though the lady told me she will call me when she was ready. I had to come back in today because of her leg pain and all they said was use ibuprofen and that was it. If I could give them zero stars i will certainly !!!!!!
I went last night I was sore all over to the point it was hard to sit up and I couldn't even keep water down. I shared with the lady in admissions that I didn't have a thermometer at home so I wasn't sure if I had fever and she said okay well it'll be a wait. I'm crying in pain, no one ever came to take my temp, as a matter of fact we waited so long (about 2 hour I decided to just turn around and go back home. There were people laughing and having a good old time while I'm waiting in pain. Today I'm still in pain and possibly running a fever. I still haven't decided if I should go back since it's so close or just go to Cleburne. Terrible first experience.
Courteous and friendly staff.
I just finished three days stay at the hospital. This was done June 26th 27th and 28th. I was sent there by my nursing home and Itasca because I had developed a bad case of cellulitis in my abdomen. Dr. McFadden had them run a CAT scan on my abdomen, and due to his diligence, it was discovered that I had a tumor up against my adrenal gland and on top of the kidney. about the size of a small orange.
Had it not been for dr. McFadden due diligence, it would have developed for a much longer period of time. Whether or not it is malignant or benign we will have to get further tests on it. I was referred to dr. Craig Thompson, one of the surgeons, who informed me of the tumor, and possible treatment.
While there, the nurses, CNAs, blood technicians, etcetera we're all top drawer. Courtesy excels at the hospital. I find myself looking forward to continuing my experiences as I try to get the tumor removed. Well done!
