What is lymphadenitis? It is what I have! My chief complaint the first time I was there should've tipped your doctor off! My lymph nodes are IN FACT, ALL SEVERELY AFFECTED! When your patient has a fever & pressing on one lymph node causes ALL OF them to be painful, tender and under a great amount of pressure (so much so that I can feel my heart beat in them) maybe check for an infection instead of wanting to check for a viral infection would be your course of action. I waited in pain for over 2 hours in a room and was shut down by the doc when I simply asked for antibiotics. ANTIBIOTICS! I was given morphine the first time due to my level of pain(and trust me it was appreciated but that was not the reason I was there. I just hope that the progression of the infection since yesterday morning has not caused a set back in healing from my neck surgery! Pick up a book or better yet just Google a diagram of the lymphatic system! Every single one of my symptoms pointed toward an infection. One star because even though I realized and was told it had been a crazy night the nurses were still pleasant. God bless nurses! Word for the doc, while you ARE pleasant it would suffice you to listen to your patients instead of lumping everyone into the same categories. Unless they are unable to communicate, there are people who do know their bodies and how they respond to certain illnesses. Glad I chose to leave rather than wasting another 2 hours on unnecessary tests. I

I cannot stand some of the women that work in the front when you first walk in the building they are rude they talk smack about paitients. When I went in today I couldn't hear what the lady said and she starts talking in a real sarcastic voice like she's gto a problem whith me because she can't speak up .They are rude and I'm just about ready to go to Cleburne hospital .I honestly would like an apology for this women shes rude every time I go in along with several other ones

This was the most unprofessional, rude, slow, and disgusting display of bedside manners. I could hear the nurses at their station trash talking one the patients that had been discharged just a bit before me. I'd hate to hear what they had to say about me after I left. Basically what om saying is, if you can, DO NOT GO HERE!!!

This was the worst customer service I have ever had. Not to mention the physical therapy was terrible. These people don’t care about me. All they want is my money
