Dr Phillip's had the worst bed side manner of any dr I have ever seen. He was awful to my 13yr who hurt her leg/ ankle. He didn't listen and if you asked him anything he seemed to take it out on the kids ankle.

Dr loveless office set me an appointment with texts. After doing home study sleep test they said it was to consult. I take off work and show up for appointment at time scheduled they say I don’t have an appointment. They have already hit my insurance for the $10,000.00 that it cost to do a sleep study then have the absolute poorest way to tell you you don’t have an appointment when they have texted and set it up? Poor service. Have not completed sleep test and will file report with insurance. Raymond at the office had no answer

I was seen in the E.R. The staff and doctor were friendly and efficient. I received great medical care as well. If I ever require another emergency visit I will absolutely go to Hillcrest Claremore.

It is absolutely ridiculous that this hospital ER shows that it accepts my insurance and then come to find out they do but the ER doctor is out of network, what a great way to screw the community. They will not even discount the Doctors fee to what they would pay the insurance. Never again will I recommend this place or be seen there.

doctor comes in says you know whats wrong? "yes i have plantar fasciitis" doctor says "Ok" walks out boom $1100 bill no diagnosis, a cheap prescription medication that didnt help, and a printed internet guide on how to rest your feet. F THIS PLACE.
