Er nurses are great. Upstairs nurses were good. Dr. Hightower not so much! Its gonna be a long road fighting this, but I'm ready for it!

My grandma has 3 cancer masses and a brain aneurism and he told her if her head started hurting she’d need to go to the dr well since we live in Cushing and her dr is out of ada she went up there today and you’d think there doctors and nurses would be nice but no they were rude to her and I came home to ask her how was the doctor and she started bawling about the nurse and doctor being rude so be expecting a call from my family cause I wanna know the names you shouldn’t ever be rude and make someone feel worthless I’ve never seen her break down like that.

These Drs don't know anything. I took my 7 year old son here because he had severe stomach pain so they did an ultrasound and said they thought it was his appendix and that they couldn't see it all so they had to send him to Tulsa. St Francis children's hospital did an ultrasound and said he was severely backed up from not pooping. So they flushed him and sent him home.
A few weeks later my daughter had a fever of 103.3 so I took her. They couldn't figure it out so diagnosed her with bronchitis. The next day her fever spiked again so we took her and this time they did a flu swab and diagnosed her with the flu.... These Drs don't know anything and the some of the nurses are really rude!
I wouldn't send a sick dog in there..

Hubs and I both suffer from seizures. We love close by, we end up there by default when these seizures happen. I went today after a really bad seizure. The nurses acted as if they didn't know common protocol argued continuously. Had trouble drawing blood and putting an Iv in. Both my arms have terrible bruises, andahuge knowson them now. the nurse laughed it off, and continued arguing w the other nurse. Was very dismissive and rude. Bedside manner is non existant here. They never returned my bloodwork. They did the exact same thing w my husband. Twice actually, then same thing to me today. I'm sure we're not the only ones. a ton of blood and do nothing with it?? Only difference was he got admitted. To top that off thr night nurse was high as a hippy in a helicopter & kept falling asleep & nodding off bwhile checking his vitals n etc. I was completely horrified by his stay. So i must've really been desperate & scared to be return there today. they completely drop the ball. Cutting corners effects patients.
