Sue (triage nurse)was AMAZING, super kind and attentive- and she helped me even when I felt like I was going to cry. The actual doctor though..... he was almost falling asleep while I was talking to him. Apparently he was on his 23rd hour of a 24 hour shift? I know that’s not his fault, but someone needs to monitor and make sure employees are not being overworked so hard that they can’t properly address a patient. Also.. the facilities did seem unkept. If I had to have surgery, this would not be the place.

HORRIBLE ! Thr only reason I go here is because it's thr closest I have when I have asthma attack. I waited over 3hrs. as I got worse , I asked if they were gonna attend and they said yes just to make me wait ANOTHER hour! By the time i was attended the doctor tells me I'm in very bad conditions (I didn't arrive in those conditions. Leaving me untreated for 3HRS got me there) I couldn't even answer his question properly because I was forcing my body To gather enough oxygen . Also my blood pressure was 187/100 because I was crying and panicking cause I couldn't breathe . I would recommend this place at all, only if it's your only option. Literally your last resource.

Great servirse on periatric emergency room

Spent 5 hours waiting to be evaluated for my wrist. Was told it was fine just rest it. 2 days later went to a hospital in the continental U.S. and found out it was actually fractured.

I had a great experience going to the Hospital first all the staff were so helpful and kind, i really had a wonderful Dr. SMITH he was very professional and explain step by step what kind of tests will be taken, everything went very fast and smooth. Thank you so much for being so kind.!!!!
