Dr Jon White and the entire staff are fantastic at what they do. The staff is friendly and caring. Dr White is a bit quiet and may come off as little arrogant in the beginning, but is excellent at what he does. I suffered for so long with herniated disc and pinched nerve and they made me a new man. I cannot express my gratitude enough for the entire staff. I’m so glad I stuck with them. You are all appreciated.

Hospital and staff are tip top. I’ve had my share of problems but Dr. Mikulak, and staff made it as pleasant as possible. Best Orthopaedic hospital I’ve ever been to. Thanks, Tony Bailey👍
My wife had a hip replacement done on Feb 1 at HOI. Pre-op, surgery, hospital stay all were top-notch. I am now perplexed and severely disappointed in what just happened when we went back for our two week post-op appointment today Feb 16th. Yes, we were 15 minutes late for the appointment. Because we were late we were told we would not be able to see the doctor. The lady at the front desk told us the earliest she could reschedule would be in March. I asked to see the office manager and was told she had just gone home. This was a little before 11 AM - ???. We were given a number for a "scheduler" and were told she may be able to do better than March. I am perplexed that if the standard of care is a 2 week post-op visit why it would be ok to be turned away. I am disappointed as this is totally opposite from what our experience has been so far with HOI. I guess the lesson is don't be late no matter what.
I would have rated 5 stars if it weren't for this aspect.
I called the Hospital and spoke to the medical staff coordinator to report a Dr. who had put fraudulent incorrect information on the Hoag HOI website boasting of board certification that he does NOT have. The coordinator had an attitude when I spoke to her. I might add the hospital is "supposed" to verify all information a doctor puts down and apparently they did not VET this Dr. so she might have had an attitude because she did not perform her job? Anyway the website was "corrected" but it still had false information. I called the coordinator over 10 days ago and asked to get a call back and I have not heard back. This is BAD for a hospital to ignore a legitimate complaint. The hospital by failing to perform their job is actually indorsing this Dr. and his false claims which could cause a patent to go to the Dr. for care thinking they were board certified. I have called the CEO just now and to complain if I do not hear back I am filling a formal complaint with the state agency that oversees the hospital.
