I can't tell you how many bills I've paid, only to get the same or a different bill for the same procedure a year or more later.

In April of 2018, our son was severely injured during a sporting event. We rushed him to Holton ER, where the care was AMAZING. The Doctor and Nurses were all very professional and went above and beyond to make our son comfortable before he was sent to Topeka..The Occupational Hand Therapist has also been a Godsend for our son, and makes his therapy sessions enjoyable..Thank you Holton Hospital and Staff!

Oh and your 30.00 room rental almost sounds illegal in a way. if fsa won't cover it it has to be questionable. great outreach program (not) I'm using Topeka

Terrible about getting back with return calls. Currently stressing about what I'm going to do beings that the idiot nurse practitioner I saw YESTERDAY DIDNT FAX MY RELEASE TO WORK AND THEY HAPPEN TO BE CLOSED TODAY. Oh they better hope I don't lose my job to their negligence. I saw her at eleven then a little after noon I brought in a separate form for her to fill out fax the same day to my job. Couldn't even do that much.

I would not take my dead dog to this facility. The standard of care is extremely substandard and that's an exaggeration. The care my mother received was atrocious at best . Horrible medical care! No communication between nursing staff and physicians office. We were told one thing by the hospital staff and something completely different by office staff. Can't get ahold of attending physician because he has conveniently left on vacation after 3 requests for a phone call from him. No return call. Their standard of care consists of keeping them overnight and sending them home with pills (opiates). PILL MILL! .
