Holy Cross Hospital

Wife got very good care for 3 day stay. Pericarditis issues, emergency care spot on for shortness of breath, serious chest pain. Fine nursing care throughout, good docs. Attention to patient comfort. Pharmacy late delivering full complement of regular drugs. Food service prompt and surprisingly good.

In 1997 my wife had an accident about 45 minutes from Holy Cross Hospital. She almost died in the accident. I never got the opportunity to thank all you wonderful people ANGELS sent from God ..for saving her life that 10 day span .Her name Is Charlene Gonzales . She is doing wonderful ..Thank you all from the bottom of my heart for all you did by being very attentive to her. God Bless and keep you all ..Randy Gonzales .

The ER dept did an awesome job with my little girl. My daughter did a complete 180 in health having spent an afternoon under the care and treatment of the doctors and nurses at this facility. I’m very grateful for them and their extent of their efforts with my daughter. They were all very personable and professional. Thank you so much Holy Cross ER Dept.

Unbelievably rude staff... both Dr and nurses... would not listen... blew off what we said we thought was needed... in the end did exactly what was asked ..Dr was soooooo rude , and condescending... took hours to even get anything started... can't stress enough how bad dr was

I'm so thankful for benadryl. I mean, who else is going to do this staffs job when you're having allergic reaction? Seriously the worst hospital I have ever been to. All I needed was steroids to make the reaction stop, but no in a very quiet hospital with literally no one in the hospital waiting room. They cant take the time or put forth the effort to give a patient the medications they need to stop a reaction. After waiting 40 minutes for the worlds worst doctor (dr. John Wells), I got treated as if I was asking for some hardcore narcotics. All I wanted/needed was a steroid!!!! So my biggest suggestion to anyone(even in an emergency), drive to literally any other hospital or wait to see your own doctor. I mean I couldn't even get steroids when I needed them and that absolutely baffles me. The only reason I gave 1 star is because it wont let me give 0.. My toddler could have done a better job.
