Hospital Episcopal San Lucas Guayama

I am so disappointed with the nurse Arroyo from the ER . My mom arrived at the hospital and was supposed to be in Intensive care. But all five beds in the intensive care unit were occupied. She was left in the ER and it has been 4 days. I was controlling her hands because she kept on trying to pullout her feeding tube. That's when a nurse by the name Arroyo told me I could be there all the time. So I left and stood apart for some time. When a returned to my mom's bedside, mom had pulled out the feeding tube. I was so unhappy and told the nurses, " mom pulled out her feeding tube and I was controlling her hands." I also found her dirty and her gown full of milk. I don't recommend this hospital to anyone.

Why do you have to wait 9 hours for pain shot. Why do you have to go back and forth every couple of hours to the counter for.Should be one patient in , one patient out .We re not talking speed,we re talking efficient.

This hospital has great physicians. Dr. Vazquez-Nefrologo and Dr. Ramos- Internist were the best. Excellent physicians. The intensive care unit nurses are very profesional and compassionate. They were great too. Not too happy with the case worker though. Overall great hospital.
