Hospital Menonita Caguas

The worse hospital you can go to. I went in there with very bad stomach pains but because I had my 4 year old son with me they refused to see me. Told me I would have to wait until someone got there to stay with my son so they can see me. Never would have happened in the states. Don’t waste your time in this place!

My mom came in with chest pain. Supposedly she suffer a heart attack. She came in 2/11/2019. She needed a cardiac cath which this hospital does not provide. Today is 2/21/2019 and she is still here waiting. Mind you she contracted a bacterial infection thru them inserting the ivs.This hospital is the worst I've experienced. I am a registered nurse in New York, am applauded at with the medical services provided here. The patients have to bring their own bedding their own water. The hospital does not even provide basic necessities like socks toothpaste or tooth brush. I felt like I was in a third world country. I do not recommend this hospital for anything other than using the bathroom.

Grandmother in ER for 3 days. Likely a hemorrhagic stroke and possible NSTEMI. Staff refusing to give lab results, urine looks like she is rhabdomyolysis, no scans done, the only treatment they've done is restrain her, refusing to transfer her to hospital with beds available. This place reeks of medical negligence and disinterest. Very upset and very disappointed.

Must start by stating that I don't like hospitals...nothing against any particular hospital. Nonetheless, this is a wonderful facility; great medical services, the entire personell from doctors, nurses, support medical staff and to the security folks are professional, attentive, courteous, and very dedicated. I only wish they were just a bit more quiet through the night. Otherwise, good night!!!

Strange of all the negative comments. Mine was very different! Had to go to the emergency for some acute pain. Inscription was a breeze, personnel there was delightful. The wait was astonishing very short. They hock me up almost immediately with liquids for my dehydration and pain. The nurses were very attentive and nice, even joked around a bit. Felt very at ease and safe that they knew what there were doing, Did a bunch of test. Was set up in one of their waiting room that was very comfortable. Of course after a while of waiting was freezing, no surprise here, but they offered a blanket and problem solved. Was there from 5pm to mid-nite, basically waiting for the results, but because of the good time we had there, with the staff and patients and visitors the time went by great. Even though the results were not so good this was one on the best moments I have had in hospitals. NO B.S. Thank you, Menoniita Hospital of Caguas!!
