Worst experience ever these employees have no sense of humanity I would never recommend this hospital, if I could I would give them 0 stars

I’m very disappointed that this hospital have employee that make fun out patients my mother was in the hospital today a employee took her to the wrong area after she waiting in there for 3 hours another nurse told he she was wrong area after she arrive the area nurses in that area become make fun out her said mira la perdida several occations this is very rude and unprofessional from personal to the point my mother have to tell nurse to stop because keep continue make fun out her. At the end the nurse was ready remove el suero thinking she was release when she wasn’t . This hospital need stop and take nurses to take their job more seriously with people live should play.

I would recomended this place,becase of their love and care for the sick people,i've been there hospitalized and so just my wife,and have no complaints of whatsoever..great staff,greats doctors,lovely nurses and cant count off the people in manteinance.thank you all for you care to us and may God bless you all.

In July 2017 my father went in complaining of loosing balance and dizziness, after 3 other visits fast fwd to Feb 2018 i dropped him of on 2 separate days for neck pain up on the back of his head and all them times they told him he had spasms and gave him a shot. 3 weeks later(3/22) he lost consciousness was convulsing and was taken in ambulance to Hima in Caguas where they found 2 tumors in his brain. 5 weeks later(5/4/2018) he lost his life. Im no doctor but in my personal opinion had this people done a better job and checked him better he might've not lost his life and could've been treated in time. Sadly.

AWFUL. My dad Waited 4 hours for a blood test while 3 nurses were on a corner talking and laughing, doing just nothing!! He was admitted and they took forever to provide a room. They don't even care to administer his high blood pressure medications on time even when I asked them about it twice. Just Horrible
