Hospital Metropolitano Dr Pila

Horrible! Incompetent! They forgot we were even a patient in the emergency area for over 5 hours and lost all the charts! Update....going from one star to three If you make it past the emergency room....things get better. Most of the doctors and staff were great and had no problem talking and explaining everything to me. Once admitted there was only one issue with one of the night doctors. Unfortunately the emergency room is one of the main reasons you have to go to the hospital.....this emergency room experience was horrible.....just keep that in mind if you have to come here!

I've been waiting in the Emergency room for 10 hours & I went into the back to get a nurse to complain & they were all seating down in the back talking & having a marry time.

my experience was ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS! MY MOM LAID IN THAT ICU BED FOR 2 MONTHS. MISTREATED NOT BATHED , HAIR NOT BRUSHED, FEEDING TUBE DRIPPING ALL OVER HER. AND WE CAN ONLY VISIT FOR 30 MINUTES .. KEEP UR FAMILY AWAY FROM ICU BECAUSE THEY WILL DIE .. I HAD TO PUT THAT STAR IN ORDER TO POST.. THEY GET NO STARS AND I AM WORKING ON SUING THE HOSPITAL.. THEY MUST BE SHUT DOWN.. AND NURSE FRANK IRRIZARRY I HOPE TO SEE IN COURT!

Usually clean, professional staff, complicated parking area and dark in some areas at night. Just be careful.

Pésimo servicio en sala de operaciones mi nene despertó de la anestesia y se puso a vomitar y les dije que esta vomitando y me ignoraron y le dieron de alta así mismo y el trato por parte de la enfermera de sala de recuperación fue pésimo en ningún momento me ayudó para nada. Hay mucha negligencia en ese hospital no lo recomiendo para nada si te quieres morir métete ahí
