Compare to other hospitals in Humacao, it could be considered the best, still far from good service though. It's hard to blame the institutions when the entire healthcare system is terrible in PR. I brought my stepmom to the hospital for chest pain. She had open heart surgery three months ago. The doctor sent her for bloodwork, ekg and chest x-ray. We waited six hours in the emergency room waiting area for test results. The staff not once approached us to tell us the reason why it took so long. It was a very disappointing experience!

Pésimo el personal nocturno, son hasta cierto punto malcriados. Si tienes una pregunta nadie sabe contestar. Los médicos brillan por su ausencia. En muchas ocasiones no visitan al paciente con regularidad. Siempre están apurados. Si en realidad quieres morir ven aquí.

Anteriormente habia venido para atenderme en sala de emergencia y todo estuvo expectacular. Vine hoy y el servicio pesimo, horas muertas en sala de emergencia y han hecho casi nada o nada con uno. Uno se muere espereando. Al parecer la salud no es preoridad aqui.

Desorganizado, lento, se olvidan los pacientes, tarda para siempre, me quedé esperando casi 24 horas para que me dieran una cama. Lo medicos solamente aparece de vez en cuando. Terrible! No vuelvo.
