Great services & staff. ER or scheduled surgery make you feel taken care of & at ease as a PATIENT on the facilities !

This is literally the worst hospital I have ever been to! If you have a true emergency and wish to live, do not go here!!! You will end up dying in the emergency room. I suffer from very bad anxiety and had an extreme panic attack. I went straight to the emergency room once I felt the onset of my symptoms. Heart racing, dizziness, tremors, cold hand and feet, numbness, and hyperventilation. They told me to go across the street to their small clinic knowing that I could barely walk and had to be assisted by my significant other rather than them providing me with a wheelchair so that I would not fall. We arrive across the street where my panic attack increased due to being around other people. I was then told to go back across the street and this time asking for a wheelchair which they still would not provide. Back at the emergency room the security saw how much distress I was in. He called the triage nurse to bring me to the back. I explained to her my diagnosis of panic disorder and showed her the medication I take that I was out of. She took my vital signs registering my oxygen at 75% when normal range is 95-100. She then asked me if I was asthmatic after specifically telling her that I have panic disorder and currently experiencing a panic attack. They then sat me in another room with 2 other people after I told them I cannot be around anyone. My panic attack then became severe. My significant other frequently yelling as well as other patients for the nurses and doctors to the assist me and all the nurses did was tell me to calm down. Poor nursing skills as for a patient with anxiety should not be told to "calm down" in panic mode. Long story short, they made me endure this panic attack for 4 long hours which did not subside until a doctor ordered the injection I needed and refilled my script. I repeat again, DO NOT GO HERE! If I could give 0 stars I will. Service is slow, nurses are rude (would like to call them other names), and they DO NOT CARE what you are going through, you just have to "keep calm" and hope you don't die.

The only reason for giving two stars is because of the nurse that took the vital signs of my wife. She was very courteous and understanding. Only 1 Dr. for the ER and he misplaced my wife's file and called other patients until I had to ask! Dr. ordered a sonogram and it was the worst technician EVER! He was completely rude and insensitive. While doing the sonogram my wife asked if everything was OK, only to be told by the "gentleman" that he could not say anything about it because it would be a federal crime... really? To make that comment to a pregnant woman who's only asking if her baby is OK is just cruel. Anyway, everything was OK. My field trip to the worst hospital ever started at 9:30PM and finished at 4:30AM. Do yourself a favor and go to Auxilio Mutuo.

My grandmother waited three days in the ER for a room. Nonexistent communication, nurses with bad attitudes, and doctors who don't know what they are doing. Worst service ever. We moved her to a different hospital.
