Hospital Universitario Dr Ruiz Arnau

The wait is eternal. If you get an appointment for a clinic that opens at 9am, you have to get there at least at 5 o 6am to register. Then the doctor may take a bit longer to arrive and depending what number you make, you may be out at 1pm.. Good thing is the cafeteria.

I Arrived to the hospital on april 14,2016 from chicago an emergency trip. I was notified that an uncle was terminally ill. From the security guard downstairs to the staff on the third floor. there was nothing but rude behavior, and sarcasm. I continued to be kind but upon asking any questions they seem bothered. The diagnosis given was different everyday. the doctors were nice, but the nurses need to be more compassionate, humble, and communicate better. I hope and pray things change for the better.

must be the hospital at the beginning of the walking dead .... because no one picks up the phone ..... EVER

Este hospital es excelente, sus enfermer@s, y Médicos son de primera, muy atentos, amables, tienen vocacion. Lo único malo es lo estético, físicamente. Los cristales tienen limo verde que para eso estar así es porque lleva años sin mantenimiento, los aires acondicionados que no funcionan correctamente, para un hospital donde hay personas vulnerables a coger bacterias. Realmente si el mantenimiento FÍSICO lo atienden este sería el mejor hospital de Puerto Rico.
