Hot Springs County Memorial Hospital

I have had 3 experiences at this hospital and they have all exceeded my expectations! Competent, thorough, and compassionate care has been provided to my family time and again. We make the drive from Riverton because it’s worth it to us to be attended to by such gems in the healthcare industry! We are also self-pay patients, so it’s kind of them to offer discounts for timely payment. This way, they’re even cheaper than their Riverton counterparts while giving more satisfactory care. We would highly recommend this facility to any and all!

During my lab well blood draw I noticed that although you need to remove your coat prior to having your blood drawn, there are no hooks in the lab or even in the hallway outside the lab to hang your coat! A couple of coat hooks in the hallway, at least, will prevent patients from having to lay their coats on the FLOOR of the lab during their blood draw. An easy, inexpensive addition to make patients experience more positive!

I like the friendly atmosphere of Hot Springs County Memorial hospital. I've gone there for years even though I don't live in Thermopolis. The staff is first rate as are the facilities.

The staff and faculty are so kind, competent, and compassionate here! They have perfected the desires of our community for healthcare. Being from Riverton, I'd much rather drive the extra distance to receive wonderful care! Thank you team at HSCMH!
