Had a recent trip to Emergency room and ended up having to spend 3 nights in hospital. Everyone was so nice and helpful from the minute I walked in till I left. I’m so glad I came to this Hospital. 3rd floor nurses were the best. Jessica, Logan, Carl, Katherine. I’m forgetting a couple names but they were all great. Highly recommend!!!

When me and wife first got to the hospital we had an amazing experience! All of our nurses and Doctors were absolutely nice... They made sure we were always checked on and took care of. On the date of 2-17-19 my dad came from out of town to see his grand baby who was just born. He informed me prior to him showing up that he had a itchy throat. So I told him if he is sick to not come up and informed me that he wasn’t and only had a itchy throat. When we got upstairs to check them in I asked a very nice lady if I could get a mask for my dad. She said sure and asked why . I told her and she said ok and gave me the mask. ( I think my own father would know if he is putting his grand baby at risk. As well as the nurse who handed us the mask knew that also so she gave us the mask with no problem) This is where the bad experience happened. As I was helping my dad put the mask on ***LORI***, WHO IS THE NURSE IN CHARGE OF THE LABOR/ PREGNANCY DEPARTMENT came in and said OUT LOUD “ WHATS GOING ON IN HERE??” We then told her what’s going on. She replied, and these are her EXACT WORDS “ WELL IF HE IS SICK , THEN WE REALLY DONT WANT YOU HERE!” I was so shocked!! She embarrassed me and my whole family!!! I could not believe this woman came in and said all of that OUT LOUD. She could have EASILY pulled us to the side and told us her concern , and in a different manner. I was so embarrassed!!!! Lori has no people skills and manners whatsoever and should not be allowed to work in a environment where a newborn baby is being introduced to her family for the first time. Shame on you Lori for embarrassing my father , my brother and my self. He drove from out of town and this is his first time at this hospital and this is how you present your self? Wow.

Once again , Lori is the nurse in charge of the labor / delivery department that is located in the second floor.

I visit my friend in ER and I didn't expect what I saw the primary nurse and tech assigned to her is so mean to patient. They're make face to patient and silently laughing. All I can say is they're attitude is not applicable to their job. The patient puts the money in the hospital, the hospital paid the staff, so the staff needs to take care of all their patient no matter what's the situation.
