I love my job I wouldn't trade them in for nothing in the world!!!

My stay at IRH was 10/4/18-10/18/18. I recommend this facility to anyone who is in need of rehabilitation after surgery. I was treated with dignity, compassion, patience, and respect by all who works there. The food served was nutritious and it tasted better than good. Each department fulfill their roles to make this a complete facility. The Doctors listens to me, they worked hard and consistently to find the correct medications for my individual need. All of the Nurses were very gentle in handling my wound care and they each made me feel like they WANTED to help me. The therapy department is ‘my dream team’! They work very hard with each patient to get them to where they need to be to live independently. The CNA’s are well trained and will help you as much as you need and will respect your space. I cannot leave out the custodians or the maintenance man while I know the help they each gave me was not in their job descriptions but they did it willingly. It was the best decision I made, now that I’m home I can do things for myself that I know I would not have been able to accomplish had I not. Marlene Thomas

From Sep 25, 2017 to Oct 9th 2018 l had 1 total left hip replacement and 2 total knee replacements. After each surgery l went to Iberia Rehabilitation Hospital for approximately 10 days. I highly recommend them to anyone needing therapy. What l personally experienced and observed with other patients, was nothing short of miracles. The entire staff is very professional and from the cooks, CNA's, nurses, doctors, and therapist, you feel the love and interest in your recovery they have for you. Only home is better than this place. If I couldn't be home, this was the place to be.

I was a patient there from 11/12 to 12/12. The staff was excellent and took very good care of me. Great PT's and staff. Made the recovery from my stroke much easier to cope with than the horrible people at Lafayette General!!
