Jay County Hospital

If you haven't been to Jay County hospital lately you should try it again! I can't express how AMAZING the Staff is now!!!... My momma had a life threatening condition and we couldn't have asked for better care for her anywhere in the world! Her nurse Kortney was amazing..very knowledgeable...so friendly..caring..and checked in constantly... All the nursing care is outstanding...Dr Hague...Im telling you...Jay County hit the JACKPOT when you arrived in town! An impeccable knowledge for medicine..friendly..caring....an outstanding surgeon!! I truly believe my momma would not be with us today without your keen knowledge and surgery! The hospital is clean..I don't believe you can get any better knowledge or care anywhere within 40 miles of here! IU JAY...Thank you for upping your service and knowledge!

We waited over an 90 minutes to get an x ray. Then every time they came in, we waited for at least 15 minutes before they came back in. This was multiple times. We were there for almost 2 1/2 hours.

Everyone was very nice to me, they took very good care of me, and made sure I was good to go home and stay by myself.

My husband fall and got a rusty nail in his hand/wrist, red steaks going up his arms from the spot like blood poisoning. They were in and out looking diguised and no x-rays no blood drawn, called in antibiotics and sent us home.

The doctor working tonight didn’t seem like he had any interest in my boyfriend being sick. He was in and out very fast and just had a very rude demeanor. All of the other staff were great tho, very polite!
