I worked there not everyone is like that I love my job and my residents my Mom was there too. They don't care because they are not trained you don't learn at no school sitting at a desk you roll up your selves and get on the floor I did it

If you care about your loved ones DO NOT send them to this facility. There were a few nurses, patient care techs and wound care staff that really cared but it didn't help with the extreme neglect that my uncle experienced while he was there.

Understaffed filthy and rude. Neglected patients in the halls. Family member’s roommate found lying on the floor and they didn’t call for help for her. They just put her in the bed. A week later she’s in the hospital. I wouldn’t send my worst enemy there!! Pathetic conditions!!

Could be a lot better in EVERY area of this facility. Can't speak for all but some workers could care less and it shows but this place has a bad reputation over the course of even still being allowed to operate.

The admin office gave my mother the run around for almost 2 months in the end only to tell her my dads case was to complicated. Meanwhile she is switching insurance to one they accept(per them saying the only problem was the insurance) when she could have just looked for a new home for him. She is back to square one and on top of it all they fave her incorrect information about he process. No information is better than bad information! She is exhausted as am I!!!
