Kaiser Foundation Hospital Manteca

Nobody ever wants to be in need of medical care, so it's not exactly a place people are excited to visit. The fact that they have so many offices crammed into one space and insufficient parking makes it worse. Though let me say this, the staff is incredibly courteous and helpful. I came in to have labs done and a doctor was walking out as I walked in and they said hello and asked how I was, which isn't strange, people are friendly all the time, but it seems rare for me to ever encounter anyone here that isn't pleasant and helpful.

I don't know what some people expect. But it sounds like it's more of an "insurance" problem than Kaiser. We have never had an issue with them. Staff is always nice and accommodating.

Very fast service at Er the last 2 times we had to go. Staff is super friendly.

As a Kaiser member, I get a Flu Shot annually, see my doctor, and get necessary blood tests, radiology, and prescriptions managed here.

Honestly it's a joke of a hospital, the emergency room is so small they cant handle hardly any patients. Having issue breathing you minis well call an ambulance or you'll wait for hours while they take cause of sprained and broken bones. I recommend going else where, advoid this hospital at all cost
