I visited the ER last night after suffering severe lower abdominal pain for two days. I felt like I was dying. Very professional staff from the moment I checked in. The triage staff said it may be kidney stones, given the details they were provided. They were right. I didn't need to wait too long to get pain medication IV, and when I told the nurse it didn't seem to be working, she gave me something else. The CAT scan was quick, but the gentleman didn't seem too concerned that I was in severe pain, crunching, bending, waiving hands, screaming. Must be numb to this since it's ER. Others were talking about break times and fishing, watching me go by.. At least give some encouragement. Other than that, Dr Chen was great. Gave me my diagnosis, RX and sent me on my way.

Great park like outdoor space for family members who are visiting patients. Farmers market have delicious healthy food and beverage.

This place is absolutely ridiculous. I came in for urgent care with pink eye and we’ve been here for two hours already and still haven’t seen the doctor. And God knows how long getting the prescription will take in this place. At least 5 people who came into urgent care AFTER me were seen before me and left before I was even let into an exam room. The staff is rude and unhelpful. Kaiser is literally the worst. And because they do everything inclusively, I can’t even go to a less crowded, more efficient, urgent care.

My husband was admitted with all sorts of issues. He received excellent care. The best, so attentive. Loved the great staff and wonderful doctors. The facility is beautiful. Grounds are serene. And bonus, excellent food in the cafe. Great coffee too!

ER, avoid going to the ER if possible, my daughter fall and injured her nose, after waiting in ER for 3 hours, finally I got to see a doctor, Dr McCoy came in for 2 minutes look at her and told me just give her Tylenol and ice it, I asked the doctor is it broken, he is like I don’t know unless we get an x-ray, I asked him can we get an x-ray? He told me sure let me ordered, after another 30 minutes I was dismissed, my daughter had a fracture nose. Couple weeks later I get this big fat bill, I have Kaiser medical Insurance and it barely cover anything. Plus I paid 240 co-pay. Worse service and overpriced for their service
