My husband was admitted with all sorts of issues. He received excellent care. The best, so attentive. Loved the great staff and wonderful doctors.
The facility is beautiful. Grounds are serene. And bonus, excellent food in the cafe. Great coffee too!

Very clean!!!!!!! Beautiful facility!! My sister in law and brother had thier baby here last week and it was very nice. The receptionist at the labor and delivery entry was a bit cold and could have been friendlier and more excited given her area in the hospital but most staff was caring and seemed happy to be there! The parking is easy if you park in the structure.

I had to take my husband to this ER last night. I use Hoag but he has Kaiser and I was shocked about the cleanliness of the place and ER room. They had a loud TV going on in the lobby, for people sitting there feeling ill I could imagine how terrible to hear that loud TV, it was bothering me and I was not even the ill one! The bathroom close to the waiting room stinks like urine. A young man checked my husband in and again I was shocked about how this guy was acting. He was not listening to my husband. He kept getting the information wrong but he would act like a know it all and was rushing. He told us my husband was next. We saw 3 people go in ahead of us! That is when my husband complained about what was going on and right away they got him in the room. There was a stain on the sheet and black marks on the bottom of the doors. The bathroom inside where the ER rooms are at also stinks like urine!! The only person that treated us with care was the nurse who helped discharge my husband. He told us where to go to exit and my husband could barely walk and when we were walking out a female security guard stopped us and talked to us like if we were trying to sneak out or something. She questioned us asking if we already went to the check out desk. We told her the nurse released him and pointed us in this direction. She saw how my husband could barely walk and she kept saying we had to go to some “check out desk” that we kept looking around and saw none and she would not say where it was. Finally a male security sitting down near the exit, told her to let us go that there was no one attending the check out desk and we could go.

I have never experienced the lack of care and lack of bedside manner like I experienced here in the Emergency room. First, a Nurse that does not introduce herself nor does she tell me what she's going to do, next a tech that does absolutely the same thing. No courtesy whatsoever, they are overpaid for the service they offer. I work in the medical field and have worked since 1999, I am happy and proud to say that I work for a facility that treats every patient with the out most respect and courtesy that we would treat our family members and friends with. It's sad to see nurses that are only here because they overpay them, but hate the career path they chose. Such a beautiful hospital but mediocre service. HORRIBLE SERVICE, MEDIOCRE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Finally a great nurse, Thank you Joseph R.N. in the emergency department his bedside manner and courtesy are the best! I would stay away from Kaiser Kramer Emergency Room, but if you have to come here ask for Nurse Joseph he is absolutely amazing!

At first I was nervous to try out Kaiser for the first time due to bad experiences I had with other hospitals. I came here in urgent and was admitted and taken care as smooth and fast as possible. The staff and even the doctor were very helpful due to my deafness. In the end, I’ve left the hospital feeling better, happier, and at ease. I believe I’ve picked out the perfect doctor/hospital for me and soon will get my family involved with Kaiser. Thank you for taking care of me, Ali.
