Doctor was great, no issues there. The pharmacy technicians left some to be desired in terms of customer service. My least favorite moment was when they waited for me to sign that I had picked up my prescription to wait to inform me that it was only partially filled due to needing a pre-authorization from my doctor for the rest of it and therefore they couldn’t fill the rest of it because they are a discharge pharmacy and don’t to refills, fully acknowledging that it wasn’t the complete prescription. They said that I would need to fill the rest elsewhere. I went to the dr office (same building) and explained about the pre-auth, which they handled wonderfully. I didn’t like that they waited for my signature and THEN waited to tell me about any complications. It felt like a shady method. If I had been properly informed, I wouldn’t have picked it up. I would have walked down the hall to get the pre-auth taken care of and then come back to pick up the ENTIRE prescription.
