I went to the urgent Care the first time, they told me I had mono and took a strep test. On the papers they give you when you leave, it clearly states they will call you will the results if you get any tests taken. Well, no call so I figured strep came back negative.
Not even 2 weeks later symptoms we're back and I had to go back in. Doctor was really nice, but told me the strep test that they took the first time I went in did come back positive. They also wanted to take blood to make sure everything else looked okay. Was already a little annoyed that they never called me back about the first strep test, since on the paper it clearly says on the first page that they would call me. But when I get the bill in the mail it's almost 900$. 600$ AFTER insurance kicks in? Are you shitting me? 900$ to tell me I had strep? After calling every person available to ask why they count it as an ER visit, apparently if they draw blood they count that as an ER visit, which they never bothered to say either. I will never go back here. I promise it's well worth the time to travel someplace that isn't so shady.
I am rating one star because I can't rate anything less. I have been going to this hospital for years and have never been so embarrassed to say something in my life. This is honestly a review for ANY PREGNANT WOMEN VISITING THIS FACILITY. This is my first pregnancy, I don't know everything to expect but I do know that the doctors are super friendly but I have called countless times for information on my medical records, testing and what the baby's ultrasound pictures looked like. SIDE NOTE: The patient 'portal' is a FRICKING JOKE! THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING ON THERE. I switched hospitals after I was fed up and found out that my ultrasound pictures weren't good enough quality to tell if there were any abnormalities, Ive had an urinary tract infection and they didn't do half of the tests they needed to IN THE FIRST TRIMESTER. I am beyond disappointed, especially due to the fact I have had a miscarriage prior and they were aware of it.
The staff is really nice and caring..and do all they can to help make your visit better/easier
I have been a patient of Dr. Sailors for 2 years now, and his nurse Lisa as well as himself are amazing! I highly recommend them! Thank you for great service, accountable information, and professional attitudes.
It's a hospital, so depending on why you need to be here will depend on how it was.
