This facility takes health care and customer service to a new level. AMAZING service. Everyone we encountered liked their job and took pride in it. From check in to check out, they were very thorough and kept us informed at all junctures. While camping in the area this visit, we plan to retire in northern Michigan, and we will make sure we are near this facility. Thank you.

This is embarrassing to share, but an employee touched me in an inappropriate manner and it was my word against this person and another employee. This person still works there and I just want to say to any person, especially women and young women that you have a right to say no if something happens that you are uncomfortable with. I am not trying to scare anyone. This can happen anywhere and I have also had very good experiences with Munson, but in this situation it was impossible to prove anything.
