I'm going to add to this review later as I still have a family member in KRMC and want to give a review after our total experience there but so far everything really has been great. Staff is excellent, very friendly. Med profs are knowledgeable and great at keeping us informed...we have been in 3 different "wards" and this has applied across the board. The "cafeteria or cafe" is small but serves great specials as well as salads...I also had the sushi (pictured)...they have 2 coolers like in a convenience store of food and 2 of drinks as well as fountain drinks (buy 1 then get all day free refills) and they are very good at keeping watch on dates and things stocked as well as variety...so even though they aren't that big we were always happy to eat there. More to come later.

Started in the ER and ended up in the OB, and then to NICU-- BEST staff I have ever met at a medical facility EVER! It was the best experience, everyone was so caring, empathetic, friendly, treated us like family, and were all so happy to be there to help with anything I needed. Highly recommended!

My wife and I had our child here, and are now in treating him for a virus. From maternity ward to ICU, the staff and facility is top notch. Very personable and informative with EXCELLENT bedside manner. I wish I could give more than just 5 stars!

First time @ Kearney Regional and excellent care from Doctor and staff. Top notch care from every staff member. I was absolutely impressed on how well everyone treated me on my stay. Thank You to everyone that helped take care of me, you warmed my heart with your excellent care and made it feel more like family. And the little blonde CNA that wheeled me over to the clinic....you made my day and was so funny! Your cute as a button and will go far for your future!!

Maternity Center Review: Complications arose leading to a C-section after pushing in an unmedicated birth. Staff was AMAZING!! I felt like they treated my husband, self and baby extraordinarily well and went above and beyond to make us comfortable. They were incredibly supportive and I would highly recommend having your child at this hospital. Pros - Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. - Separate entrance for maternity. - Facilities are clean and new. - Rooms are private and large. - Rooms are fairly quiet considering there are crying babies nearby. - Lactation consultant is also a Certified Car Seat Installation Tech. - Lactation consultant is very helpful and educational though ALL nurses also help with feeding. - Massage therapist gives a wonderful back and shoulder massage in your room. - Nurses will take your baby for a bit so you can sleep or get a break. - Food is good and arrives in about 30 minutes. - Snacks available. - You can labor in their large bath tubs. - Large bathrooms with nice shower heads and water heats quickly. - They provide most baby essentials. Cons - Room recliner and couch aren't the most comfortable according to spouse. - Toilet paper was hard to get out of dispenser. *Can't comment on bills because I haven't received ours yet and they vary based on insurance and plan.
