Due to a fall I was transported by Fire Rescue to Kendall Regional last month, August. This was my first time being in this hospital. The emergency room doctors and nurses were great. I wound up having surgery on my arm and had to say 3 nights in the hospital. The surgeon, doctors, nurses, everyone were awesome. I am now having therapy at Kendall Regional and the therapists/staff are wonderful, attentive, pleasant and very caring.

POOR SERVICE AND LACK OF INFO WHILE HOSPITALIZED. I WILL NEVER COME BACK TO THAT HOSPITAL. EACH 24HRS TO GET A DOCTOR TO EXPLAIN YOUR TESTS AND SITUATION WHILE YOU HAVE TO STAY AN EXTRA NIGTH TO WAIT UNTIL THE NEXT DAY. I WILL LIKE TO MAKE AN EXCEPTION. CARDIOLOGISTS GROUP ARE EXCELLENT.

Everyone from Dr Askari and his staff treated my baby and family with the best care possible. They are amazing at this hospital. They have horrible reviews because patients come in sick and don’t have great outcomes but the burn center is the best. Thank you again for all of your hard work!

I came to hospital with my hemoglobin 4.9 it took 11.5 hours to get blood transfusion, blood was at the emergency room, but not well experience for hard stick people, I was brought to my room and it was like I didn’t exist, there was so much confusion , the blood bank didn’t want to give the blood because emergency room sent false info, they said that they infused blood for 3.5 hours, they didn’t sent report to upstairs Meanwhile my hemoglobin kept going down... I was scared of cardiac arrest, decided to find another hospital, the floor director promised that everything was going to be ready ASAP, finally I got the blood, what and ordeal, next day, hardly anyone has come to check on me, no cleaning the room either, basically I am a pretty ease going person, but will never come back nor recommend this hospital.

No one here knows what they are talking about or doing, they don’t take anything seriously and don’t care about the patients. They constantly switch doctors and they don’t communicate with each other so you have to explain the situation to each one 20+ times. The nurses can’t do anything right and put patients in danger. The signs in the ER say to be quiet for patients to rest but the nurses are constantly laughing and screaming outside the rooms loudly, very inappropriate. The place is super disgusting and unsanitary but I was forced to go here due to its proximity to house and if you’re in a serious situation you can’t transfer. This place deserves 0 stars and should be shut down.
