Kennewick General Hospital

I am from out of town and was in need of Emergency Services. I went to the Trios ER and received excellent treatment. The staff, Physician, Nurses etc. were exceptional. The required tests were ordered and conducted in a timely fashion. This place is first class all the way. If you are in need of medical assistance I highly recommend this hospital. Trios is the best!

I was in a car crash on 7/13/19 which made me having to go here and I had the worst care nurses were rude they would attend to me very late when I want able to walk or breath with a punctured lung, the nurses have givin me the wrong paper work of another patient when I went back for the correct papers they had givin me the wrong paper work for work, when I went back to get my stitches removed a week later doctor canabilla left two stitches in and did not give any referral to any chiropractor in my town as he told me and never did the second cat scan for my lung I rate this hospital very poorly wish to never go back.

LOVED this place. Gave me great medical care and has helped a lot of other people along the way. They also took great care of my body and respected me after I passed. Would reccomend and go back if I ever enter the mortal plane again.

Our son taken by ambulance to Trios kennewick, after 31/2 hours I wasnt able to find out status after waiting 10mnutes for anyone to answer the phone, then transfered numerous times. Then all they would tell me was that he wsd transfered to Kadlec. I said thank God, because no cares enough to even answer the phone. Pathetic, I can only hope they actually help patience. Not just delay real treatment at a place that also has phones and someone to answer them.

This year experience an ER frr my son, ER doctor came in and spoke to use for 2 minutes and then after blood work came back spoke to use for another 2 of minutes. 8 months later I get a bill from Trios contracted ER providers for a little over $1200 for the doctors bill alone. Total scam there ripping people off at Trios Hospital I wouldn't recommend using them overpriced. The company there choosing to use is over charging.
