Waiting over an hour for my appointment to see my doctor. Not happy.

My mother in-law has just had breast cancer surgery and when she returned home she started feeling dizzy and blacked out so we took her to the ER to be checked out and first off let me say that the nurses and staff were rude and treated her like a mental patient! We had to make them run a chest x-ray which thankfully didn’t show anything! But when she asked if they were going to keep her overnight for observation, the male nurse said “No we don’t have any available beds but we do have a padded room!!!!” This is how they treat the elderly here so needless to say we will take her to a different hospital! The date of the incident was 4/28/19 was after 5 pm so I think the male ER nurse if anybody can think of his name needs to be reported for misconduct!

I have Connors as our family doctor and they have been nothing but wonderful to us!
