Kirby Medical Center

The staff could not take any kind of criticism when I pointed out something wrong. I was given incorrect instructions that was typed up by the doctor. The nurse there was very rude and was quick to tell me how wrong I was. The doctor later came in and apologized admitting that he made a mistake but said there was another page that said to do the opposite. There for, I had instructions telling me I could do two totally different things. I will never go back to Kirbys ER again and it was a mistake to keep giving them the benefit of the doubt. This wasn't my first bad experience with them but it certainly takes the cake. You're a doctor and if giving a patient the wrong instructions isn't incompetent. Then id like to know your staffs definition of incompetence.

Run-around after run-around from unresponsive and lazy staff members. Poor quality of care.

Small Town care, excellent staff, feels very personal compared to larger cities

I love Kirby for my family. They are amazing here!
