Advised staff of the pain level of my son and that he needed help he sit in er room for 1.5. Hrs. And they let him sit there in pain. I miss the old days when hospitals really did care you went in they took you and done away with pain then they to your lifes info and money and insurence but they helped you personality. And didnt push you to the side now as you walk into this place they put up a great fight tovm say oh lets help you get u some pain relief. But as soon as your in the er. Its. How much money you got. You better have insurence. And they leave you in the room. For hrs at a time with no help and dieing. To bad burlington needs help with customer service and for a real hospital to move into burlington that really cares about the. People here. Cause none of these people have a clue and the doctors of burlington hospital. Does not care about the people they put up a good front. But dont be fooled they only care bout the paycheck so they can all go back to school and try again worst hospital i have. Ever been to. I will probly go to goodland for now on. What a disgrace

This was a terrible experience! The ambulance ride of 35 miles was awful. The EMT's did not strap me down and the ambulance was dirty along with the EMT's clothing. They didnt wear gloves when trying to put iv in. Then when we arrived at the hospital the staff was very inadequate and also the nurse didn't use gloves to put in iv! There were no doctors on staff in the ER. I was diagnosed with kidney stones and was told I was in renal failure and should see a urologist immediately the next day. They would not keep me overnight. I highly suggest not to go to this hospital under any circumstances! I was not in renal failure after all.

AVOID THIS PLACE FOR PRIMARY CARE!!!! This medical center and their "employees" are something else. I am not talking about the doctors or the medical professionals but the people responsible for making sure your information and reports are handled correctly. I would give this place a negative score if I could. They have mishandled my mother's paperwork TWICE. Her health has been tossed around or thrown away TWICE because the people responsible for moving paper work and files are irresponsible or simply dont care. Her MEDICAL NEEDS AND REPORTS have been lost or tossed away TWICE. It does not take a genius to keep track of a piece of paper. A dullard could do the job better than the current crew. Hundreds of miles and dollars wasted because of inadequate staff. Is her health a joke to you? This place has caused her more pain and delay because of the incompetence of those responsible. It's disgusting and shouldn't be tolerated, but yet here we are.

Reception is very slow and unorganized, and about half of the nursing staff had many mess-ups and inexperience (I was here for a week and have been back a few times for specialty clinics). However, I met so many amazing people here and was treated pretty well. Everyone knew our names and what we needed, and we were always asked if there was anything else they could do to make us more comfortable.

As always this place is a joke would rather get my money and not bill my insurance!! For a physical and the billing lady has no clue!!
