Oh my word, we had the best customer service in the ER tonight. Brooke is AMAZING. She made a tough time into an actual enjoyable visit. Grateful for her!

I don't know about other departments, but the maternity wing is amazing. The nurses are exceptional. Very professional, kind, all about the patient. I just had my second child there and they treated me just as well as when I had my first. Comforted me, encouraged me, even fulfilled my petty requests (e.g. more ice in my water), and did so gladly. They are there to help, like I said, very professional. The entire staff there is like that, but I mostly interacted with the nurses. I can't imagine delivering a baby anywhere else.

Just delivered my third baby at the KCH birth place. Every time the care has been top notch. The nursing staff is very caring and helpful while maintaining a professional demeanor. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

3rd baby born here. Thanks to all the staff for taking such good care of us during our time here. We love our small town hospital.

First rate hospital! Traveled from Michigan for stress test that saved us $$. So worth the travel, very nice facility, wonderful staff, friendly, caring and kind. We were personally escorted to each place in the hospital instead of just being told where to go. Fully informed of each step along the way! Do your self a favor, and check out this hospital for your health care.
