First rate hospital! Traveled from Michigan for stress test that saved us $$. So worth the travel, very nice facility, wonderful staff, friendly, caring and kind.
We were personally escorted to each place in the hospital instead of just being told where to go.
Fully informed of each step along the way! Do your self a favor, and check out this hospital for your health care.
These people are idiots I came to the ER multiple times over several weeks complaining of abdominal pain, and asking for a CT of my lower abdominal region. Every visit they kept telling me that they will not do a CT in the Emergency room without a referral. After four months I finally got into a gastro doctor and got a CT. I had lost 100 pounds and was on the verge of death. Come to find out I had diverticulitis. Theses people will let you die. There is absolutely no excuse for what happened to me at all. PERIOD!!!!! There will be an investigation by the state I can promise you that especially since I had to pay thousands of dollars out of pocket just for these jack waggons to let me almost die
Great experience- I had surgery here on December 21 and it was an excellent experience. They were attentive and detailed and I felt very comfortable in the room. The nurses were excellent. My only criticism would be when I was in the recovery room it was extremely loud. Coming out of anesthesia was a little rough because of the volume of the people talking in the room. I figured it was because it was the Friday before Christmas and everyone was in a good mood. Overall great experience though.
Helped me with my surgery doctors were awesome Great job and well done!
I would give them zero stars if I could! Do not go here or send family here unless you don’t care what happens to you! My grandma would have died if it weren’t for family in the medical field who pushed for more care. She had obvious heart changes but was told by the ER at KCH that she didn’t need a heart cath that night. We pushed and had her transferred to Lutheran’s ER instead of the floor. They took her to cath lab ASAP and she was on a balloon pump that night. She had to have MAJOR open heart surgery. If KCH would have done their job properly she would have been in cath lab HOURS earlier at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne.
