Was on our way from Phoenix to Los Angeles and had to zoom over here because of a medical emergency. The staff was friendly and although there was a bit of a wait they made us feel comfortable and Rhonda Linville NP was AMAZING!! She diagnosed quickly and gave us so much information which made us all so much more relieved. Thank you for everything !
My wife came in to the urgent care here to La Paz hospital on 3-11-19 and checked in, didnt have to wait long in lobby.
Then the nurse John Curran came and got her and was very attentive to her needs. Checked her to a room.
All the nurses including nurse Stacy Curran were very kind and very helpful with her needs.
Soon the doctor Macklin, came in and talked to her.
Then to get C T. Scan as well as they hooked her up to with an I.V. and took blood. All very professional.
Then Doctor came back in to discuss with the problem was and talked to us.
All the staff was great Stacy, dr Macklin, Joanna, john, Richard.
We have been in before and not so good if service, but

On the evening of Friday, November 23rd (the day after thanksgiving) the staff, nurses, and doctor on shift that night were respectful, professional, and resourceful for my care that evening. For the emergency that I came in for (acute pancreatitis) I was disappointed that the hospital is unable to perform this type of surgery, but to be admitted and have all the test ran in a very short time frame made me very happy. Thank you staff!!
I went to the emergency room to be treated for problems with the cancer radiation treatments i received.i was bleeding and was very nervous.from the front desk to the registration to the er room i was taken care of very swiftly.the nurse adam came in with a big smile and great skills.he alone put me at ease.then dr. Woolery came in and once again i was put at ease with his super bedside manor.everyone in the er were wonderful professional people.i had the best care posible.thanks everyone for showing that a gal from upper michigan can get the best of care here in Parker Arizona .i just love you guys.
So I go there with a drs script of a echo cardio gram/ultra sound due to I had an episode of passing out twice. The person doing this was professional an very competent. Upon completion I confirmed with her to plead note to send the results to my dr in Sedona. She made a note. Ok here starts the poor service of the incompetent people that work here. Almost 3 weeks later I call my dr an no results sent to her. I go to the hospital an ask for my test results an sure enough one of the tests just sitting on a desk. The heart ultra sound still had not been read by the cardiologist, seriously incompetent. I faxed the results to my dr of the neck ultra sound all good. Two weeks later I go back to the hospital an there sits my results for the heart test. They still couldn’t get it to send it to my dr. I did an all was good. So I previously notified my insurance for approval of these tests before scheduling And it was covered under my plan. No worries right? Wrong!!! I get a bill for over $3000.00 And a call from some incompetent person at the hospital saying the claim was denied. I called my provider who in turn called this place of incompetent people an told them had they filed the correct paperwork I am covered an to do so immediately. That was today so we will see more incompetenance I’m pretty certain in the near future. Btw I told the billing dept to come pick my Check for my % of the bill, it’s ready for them at my home. It’s on my desk. Fricken idiots.
