I took my husband in on Friday for heart attach symptoms. I had called as I was driving him to the hospital so they would be expecting us. When we arrived they were training a young girl at the registration desk. They made my husband sit down to register before even considering to treat him. (In my experience anytime a person presents with symptoms of a heart attack they are treated immediately with the person with them is doing the registration.). The new girl didn’t know what she was doing and kept having to start the process over. The two women kept arguing back and forth of what needed to be done. Finally after 3 tries I told the trainer that she needed to do the registration before he died sitting there waiting on the to figure out the system. This is NOT a good practice to have someone train on a possible heart attack patient. The doctor and nurses did an excellent job of communicating what was going on and caring for him once he was in the back. The hospital would have gotten more stars if they had treated him as he should have been treated when he arrived in the ER.

While the nurses are nice and everything it takes way too long to be seen way too long be4 u gets results or even someone to acknowledge you being there.. this hospital sucks.. meanwhile the ppl out at the computer are chatting it up about there weekend party they have planned...

The most ridiculous excuse of ER I have ever seen. Over 4 hour wait time for an empty waiting room. I then as I go to leave they wanted my insurance info again for the privilege. I will be contesting the bill with my insurance.

Was on our way from Phoenix to Los Angeles and had to zoom over here because of a medical emergency. The staff was friendly and although there was a bit of a wait they made us feel comfortable and Rhonda Linville NP was AMAZING!! She diagnosed quickly and gave us so much information which made us all so much more relieved. Thank you for everything !
