This hospital basically saved my life recently and I really could not have been treated better by any other medical staff.. these people are amazing.. one downside to the emergency room is that if you are attempting to be seen by a doctor and they decide that you are not in any urgent need for medical care, they have no problem leaving you to wait in the lobby for hours... And I really can not stress enough on this... HOURS! Like 16 to 20 hours, pretty much till you just say to hell with it and leave .. but if you are in absolute need and do end up getting taken care of and brought to the back and see the Dr.. they will absolutely fix your problem and best part of it all is that they will treat you as if you actually do mean something other than a paycheck.. they will treat you like a human being who deserves respect and shall be viewed without judgement.

Worst experience with eye clinic department. It's always overcrowded, often do not have enough chairs in a waiting area so you have to be standing somewhere or wait outside. It's easy to miss that your name was called to see a doctor but even if you are on time for your appointment you have to wait couple of hours may be five or more - it's almost all day. Some of the doctors spend more time to be on the computer rather than having proper communication with patient. It's absolutely not professional

The staff is not the most polite. Quite rude receptionists. I have been coming here for a couple of years now but I am seriously having second thoughts. I recently had surgery the Drs did a good job I should say but the after care by rest of staff wasn't the best. The food was an absolute disaster. I have never eaten hospital food that bad and for a recovering patient food is essential! The cafeteria food was literally better! I will commend some of the Drs however for loving their job and doing well .some nurses too. But over all there is a great room for improvement!

Bad service my dad was at the emergency room since earlier this morning and was told he would be admitted a few hours later still no room , 7:40pm mom comes home and says all his waiting is to be transfer to his room, 9:30pm my mom calls the hospital to find out if he had already been transferred but to our surprise we were told he was getting discharged from the hospital. We got no call from any one at the hospital to notifying us, they said it was the patients responsibility, my dad had a fungus on his throat he can’t talk that much , but they expect for him to call. Good thing my mom calls if not what would of happen to my dad. Unprofessional, rude I can believe this people.
