I like their walking and running paths on the grounds of the hospital. Has lots of workout stations along the way too. It is paved asphalt.

Went to the walk in clinic and said since I'm pregnant and had answered yes to a few questions they had to take me through ER. The Dr. There had bad bedside manners. So did some of the nurses. They said it was just a UTI and they Shouldn't have seen me cause I'm over 20 weeks. They said they don't have a OB there and couldn't do anything for me. Which is understandable, but they then went out of the room and started gossiping about me to the other nurses in the room next door to me. Then later asking me why I didn't choose Lakeland healthcare for delivering my baby and telling me I need to go all the way to Kalamazoo if I want any care cause they have a ob and I shouldn't be going to south haven. Really? come on. Grow up. I then left to go to Bronson and got way better service that was just needing a simple blood test to figure out my main problem along with a few other things that were pretty simple. I was in the ER longer then I was at Bronson and left the ER emotionally hurt/depressed for making me feel like a idiot with just a UTI and not even doing anything about the main problem I came in for, and they had to know that I have severe depression it's right on my chart. Thanks Lakeland healthcare or spectrum care for the super care you provided, never going to you again. I will take my chances running all the way to Kalamazoo or south haven Bronson.

I have had 3 surgeries here and used walk in clinic never had any problems. Walk in is slower if you have patients ahead of you, but you have to expect that and they deserve to receive the same treatment you want. There is one lady dr in the walk in that is very slow i think she wants to be very through but it is frustrating. Other than that i think you need to respond to people personally rather than the same automated response to each one.

Little confusing at registry but every one was great. Very friendly and professional. Was in and out

Worst hospital ever!! Treats patients unethically and as soon as a loved one dies they kick you out. They asked 5 children to leave as soon as they found out their mom had passed. Avoid at all costs!! I'm a nurse and anyone with a tiny piece of heart wouldn't work here.
