Just had my mammogram done and I was very impressed with how friendly all the staff was! Everyone had a smile and were extremely efficient especially Carla the tech who performed my mammo. She was kind, friendly and made me feel very comfortable. Thank you Lakeview for being awesome!

I have consulted with Dr. Sri, the sleep specialist twice about ongoing fatigue. She listens well, questions wisely, and explains everything. I felt that she had heard my concerns and addressed them. She scheduled me for a sleep study and when the results came in explained all the findings. She ensures that you understand the information she is sharing. All of her staff are efficient and personable. I feel comfortable going to her office.

I've been unexpectedly surprised with the entire staff, from receptionists to specialists. All have been prompt and courteous. Doctors and nurses take time to listen to symptoms.& medical history. Phone calls have been returned the same day. The only problem I've encountered has been with return visits. If you need to come back for the same problem, you have to come in as a walk-in, which means sitting & waiting for hours Overall, Ive been very pleased!

I’ve used the radiology department with Lakview Medical Center multiple times. The staff is friendly and results are back very quickly. Additionally, the costs are much less expensive with a high deductible health insurance plan. Overall a win-win!

Although I did really like the nurse practitioner that I met with, everything else was a headache. I needed to get a physical, but as new patient I was “required” into having a "new patient appointment", first. The initial visit honestly just consisted of questions, so imagine my surprise when I got a $200+ bill in the mail. With my insurance, I’ve never had to pay a co-pay (which they charge), and I’ve never paid that much for an initial visit. Safe to say, I would not come back or recommend that anyone else do, if they don’t have the finances. Also, when I called the billing department for an explanation, after much silence, I was told that the initial visit is higher because it’s a “longer” visit, which I get, but not for $200. When I asked about some other unexplained charges, she just said that’s it was what was “left over”.
