Dr. Kristie Miller was so compassionate and kind and truly listened to me and actually heard things I hadn't even voiced. Nurse J. Davis was also very wonderful with me as well as the guy who took me for a CT. I've been around medicine as a former health care professional. And sadly they often lose their bedside manner and act indifferent. This group was truly outstanding and I feel it should be acknowledged. I went in somewhat terrified that I probably had something horrible wrong with me, based on my symptoms. I received proper diagnostics and a referral to the specialist. Truly impressed. Thank you all so much.

I love the Staff in ICU, the nurses and staff are all so great! My grandma has been there for almost a week. And I just love them! So helpful, and nice. Great people!

Do not go here. Went in last night. They said I had phenomena. Night doctor asked me to stay over night so they could watch over me and have the Cardiologist check me in the morning because of my heart history. I said that was fine but I had no one to watch my daughter past 12:30 today. Cardiologist came in early and cleared me said it was not my heart just pneumonia. Explain to the daytime Dr. Needed get home for my daughter Could you please release me he said no I could only AMA without any medication for an of my pneumonia. So my choice was to leave my daughter alone or spend another night to be able to get medicine to cure my pneumonia well as I’m sure as all good parents would know I had to leave to take care of my daughter. This hospital is all about the money it is all they care about.

This is a last ditch effort to get some kind of action on my bill. I have gone back and forth between bsw and BCBS since May to get them to coordinate. 6 phone calls and finally BCBS gave me a solution to the problem with bsw submitting my claim. Apparently the issue is in the local billing office and I can’t get any satisfaction. Before my bill is turned over to collections, I guess I’ll have to sit in the bsw billing office, if I can find it, and protest to get someone to do his/her job. We are coming up on 4 months trying to solve a simple problem with a provider number. I love my doctor and nurse, but this is beyond anything a patient should have to deal with.
