Update:
After I left this review I was contacted by Baylor Scott & White. I explained everything that had happened and they were going to look into the situation. Months later I finally get an answer that they will not take any responsibility for this and I still owe the full outstanding bill that is full of false charges .

I cannot rate this facility any lower than a 1 star. In January of 2017 I was referred to Baylor Scott & White for physical therapy. The therapist was wonderful but I received a bill for more visits than I actually went to. I tried no less than 10 times to contact the billing department to discuss these charges and no one would ever return my phone call (I left a message each time with details of why I was calling and my contact number). I even called the corporate number hat is on the website trying to get this resolved and pay the correct amount and they told me that they could not help me with my bill and that I would have to speak to the local billing office. Once again I left message after message and no one would return my phone call so my only option was to pay a bill that was not accurate or get turned to collections which they've obviously done. I have excellent credit and have never not paid a bill that I have truly owed. The sad part about it is the physical therapy I received was top-notch but unless there is a life-or-death situation for myself or my family I will never step foot in a Baylor Scott & White office or hospital again.

We came in on Tuesday for my husbands spinal surgery and everything on that end was great., the problems come to the nursing and care staff. If you want to be left alone ignored and don't care about getting your med's in a timely matter then this place is for you. When they do come check on you they ask if you need anything but your request will be ignored. On day three we found out they had him on the wrong med regiment also he was suppose to be up and waking a few times a day as well as being iced a few times a day, none of these things were occurring. Food is decent here but not many choices for anyone staying more than a few days

updated... should have done this sooner. Because of the ill care my husband received while here he had to return for surgery again to treat an infection he had gotten from the surgical sight drainage tube not being properly and emptied. i am now aware that they have been bought out by Scott and White and i hope they made some real changes, but because of our experience we will change surgeons if needed to avoid being treated at this location. my husband literally cried when they told him he had to return to this location to have the re-surgery

My wife and I came here for the birth of our baby. Our appointments with the OB clinic and the doctors were great! Birth went really well and staff were great, and no issues with billing like I've seen with previous reviews (will update if there are). I would recommend coming here if you are looking for a place to have your baby. We were worried about reviews we read online (not specific to the labor and delivery) so we did our research and figured we would give it a shot. Labor and delivery/OB clinic was great, any other department we cannot speak to, but figured we would give an updated review for soon to be moms. The reason for 4 stars is because of the staff who saw us out (the last impression of the hospital) were ok. I felt really uncomfortable and I was told that they did not like me and were questioning my ability to help my wife once we left.... It's only our third child, I'm an adult, veteran, and mature individual... What makes you think after having two children that I can't help with a third???? Anyways, don't let this last part keep you from going here, everyone else (including the departing staff were good). I just got really offended by that last impression, overall it was a great experience!

Nursing staff in ER were extremely rude and unprofessional. Very talkative amongst themselves at the desk outside patient rooms. Made it a point to mention that any visitors using profanity or raising their voice will be escorted out immediately because “they don’t tolerate it”. Definitely not the kind of place you want to go if you wanted to be treated with any dignity or respect. Dr. Boyle was the only redeeming part of the experience as he was very kind and patient in the short time that I saw him.

Worst experience I've had with a hospital, EVER. It was my mom receiving care, not me, and I liked two of the nurses there (Annie and Tam!), which is why it didn't get less stars, but I would never ever choose this place for my care, nor a family members if it were up to me. One of the nurses bad mouthed me to my mother. She couldn't remember who it was, or else I would have already filed a formal complaint.

Edit: I also noticed how I received no feedback for my review, and others have. Way to show you care!
