I was at the ER about two weeks ago. I immediately realized the administrative staff had changed. It was a terrible experience for me. I honestly hope and pray I will never have to be treated there again. I have used this hospital since it opened in the 60's. Never have I received such bad treatment. I left the hospital feeling like I was the most unimportant patient they have ever treated. The staff was horrible. It started with the security staff that spoke to me in a very unprofessional manner. That pretty much set the tone for the entire visit there.

I had a great experience here when I delivered my baby. However, the hospital stay after the fact was far from great. They’re so cheap they don’t even supply baby wipes for the babies. They used gauze and expected us to wipe our newborn with gauze. I received one mesh underwear (which are meant to be disposable by the way) and when I asked for more they told me to rinse out the one they already gave me and put it back on. I’m sorry but that’s disgusting especially considering how much blood there is after natural childbirth!! The nurses never brought my prescriptions. I had to ask for them every time it was time to take them and they gave me snarky remarks about it. Not to mention, two weeks after we got home from the hospital my phone was being BLOWN up about paying my bill or they would go to collections and the insurance hadn’t even processed yet! Etc etc etc. Hospital stays are bad enough as it is, but this was ridiculous.

"As a supervisor over that department, I find it even more appalling that she does not possess the ability to provide efficient and effective services to the public. Subordinates have a tendency to mirror their supervisors and if that is the case here, their entire department undoubtedly will suffer. Ha ha...I love it! Give that lady a cigar! You're right, "subordinates have a tendency to mirror their supervisors..." You think SHE'S bad, who do you think she learned from? You ought to see the director! Trust me, Erika the rudeness wasn't specific to YOU. If asked Adrienne won't even remember a specific bad encounter with a customer, that's how common it occurs.
But let's not talk bad about two employees who are the epitome of the hospital misson statement, hmmm?

My Brother had he’s baby delivered there yesterday and the atmosphere wasn’t that friendly. The 4 star is explained in my details. But the facility was clean and they had to Huge Security Officers that were noticeable. It Looks like they feed the patients good and the baby was doing good. This is me and my daughter and my brother is holding his new baby boy.

Adrianne in Radiology was so rude to my wife on yesterday in reference to our daughter’s ultrasound, if I could leave zero stars I would. It is inexcusable for any parent to be spoken to in the manner in which Adrianne spoke to her. As a supervisor over that department, I find it even more appalling that she does not possess the ability to provide efficient and effective services to the public. What a horrible display of leadership the radiology department has in her.
