I had been there bleeding at their Er for more that 3 Hours, Yes bleeding after ear surgery, and They saw it and they just didn't care enough to take it seriously, I had to serve myself at their restroom and change the cotton many times. => Message for their customer service: I don't need you to respond to this review saying Thank you .... will work on that and make it better. .... But I need more than that coz It feels unfair , Because I paid the bills faster than how long it took you to serve me.

I hate to give this hospital a one star because this is where my wife and I are having our first baby. Sheryl (black lady with glasses) at the front desk was extremely rude and during this emotional time for me, this is inexcusable. I’m we’re still here in the delivery room waiting and I’m so furious I can’t even focus 100% on my wife and baby. This woman needs to be fired and not work with customers directly.

I’ve been here for 24 hours already and went to my car so that I can get some things. As I came back up, I asked if I could go back inside the patient rooms. I had done this multiple times before since last night and never had any issues. She said no I can’t I need an ID. Which is totally fine and I understand procedures, so I went along with it and mentioned that I had been here since yesterday. She gives me this look like if she caught me in a lie and said, “oh really? I’ve been here since yesterday and I haven’t seen you once.” Like if I’m lying! Are you kidding me? Show some customer service and some respect! That kind of shocked me so I just kept my mouth shut, then as she was taking my picture I saw my nurses that I had been working with and at this point I’m already upset with the blatant disrespect, and said to ask them since they’re my nurses and I’ve been working with them since yesterday. Then she gets more upset and says “WELL EITHER WAY YOU NEED THIS! I apologize if they didn’t check you in the CORRECT way!” In a very sarcastic way.

This women needs to learn how to talk to customers! I am so furious I can’t even focus, though my
Baby just dropped in heart rate. This is the last thing I need on my mind!

My daughter made a visit to the ER. They literally sent her away and billed us $875.70. $688.00 of this was for services which consisted of Tylenol and eye drops to see if she had a scratch. The one thing my daughter knew is that she didn't have a scratch as the pain was not on her eye. In addition, the physician doesn't take Blue Cross so the $187 paid to him was considered out-of-network and doesn't go toward her deductible. This facility is nothing but scam. They pry on those who do not feel well and must seek emergency services. I would steer clear of this hospital and most definitely do not seek emergency services.

My husband rushed me to the Hospital with gut wrenching pain on the 27th. Once I was seen they discovered the source of the pain and an infection. I was promptly admitted. Over the next two days the staff took exceptional care of me. It was by far the best hospital stay I have ever experienced.
The only issue I had was the kitchen did not know how to feed a vegan.
