I was very pleased with the nursing staff. They were very personable compassionate and understanding. I can't say anything bad about any of the staff. All the way down to the food servers...it was amazing

It was good service. Not to bad ! No one in the wait area which is surprising this is the first time I've visited a Texas hospital I'm fairly new and I expected the waiting room to be packed out but it wasn't. The nurse and PA were awesome.

I have had lab, x ray and pulmonary tests at medical city. All were handled quickly, professionally, and with the upmost care. All of the employees were exceptional and friendly. I have never had better care.

Just had my first baby here last week. The L&D, postpartum, and nursery staff was AMAZING! I couldn’t have asked for a better birth experience. Definitely would recommend to anyone who is looking for the best birth experience and care possible.
