feedback about Las Colinas Medical Center
Had a day surgical procedure done on May 1. The entire process from check in through release was completely smooth. All were professional, friendly and detailed in providing information about the procedure I was under going. I wish all medical issues could go as smoothly and efficiently as this did. I wouldn’t hesitate to come here for any medical concern
While I applaud the low wait times and quick and attentive staff every time I have been there, their billing and insurance department is the definition of incompetent. Over a year and a half later after a surgery, they decide to submit a second bill to me and then refuse to call back my insurance provider in regards to why these charges have been sent after all bills were paid in full over a year ago. Now it’s been 3+ months of my insurance not getting anyone to connect. Seriously, we are almost two years past the surgery and they simply don’t care to help and are quick to want to ruin their patients financial well being in the process. I hope they get their act together, but it looks like a letter to the board of insurance and president of the hospital may be our next steps as this is clearly a fixable communication and operational problem post medical service. Shame, because the doctors and nurses are very attentive and kind.
The staff and hospital don’t care at all about their patients. They only care about getting their money. Went to the ER with pinched nerve and could barely move my arm. The doctor and nurse treated me like drug addict and would only give tramdol. After I explicitly told I was already taking it and it wasn’t doing anything to help my pain. I would die than ever go back to that worthless, greedy, heartless people. It’s a great place to go die. It’s by far the worst hospital in Dallas. I immediately went to Dallas Medical Center and was treat for sever nerve damage. The Medical city Las Colinas hospital are nothing but a bunch of greedy staff. Who won’t care if you died right in front you from. I personally would rather just die than ever going back to terrible hospital.
Great attention to detail. ER staff, ICU staff and all those that helped me. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Nothing but appreciation.
What began as an ER visit to Medical City Las Colinas turned into being hospitalized for several days. While hospitalized I received exceptional care from every staff member that I came in contact with, making an unexpected turn of events much more bearable. I have nothing but praise for Medical City Las Colinas & wouldn't hesitate to use this hospital again should a medical need arise.
