Update #2........ DR. Toikus Wespbrook Needs to be relocated !!!!!! After arriving at 10:00 pm for a possible GI bleed which she has had before she was released with instructions to see her GI doc which she doesn’t even have and it’s thanksgiving week!!!!!! Well no sooner do we walk into moms house I have to call the ambulance AGAIN!!!!! Now mind you they COULD NOT EVEN GET A BLOOD PRESSURE when the ambulance picked her up at 10!!!!! They come by ck her and inform us there is already 1 ambulance out of the county so they would have to stop in Ripley!!!!! Trying our best to avoid that for OBVIOUS reasons we make the decision to try and take her ourself. I run home to get my car so we can head to Jackson. I get home and Zach frantically calls me saying mom you have got to hurry, she’s vomiting blood now!!!!! I get there and she is WAY WAY worse and I look and I’m way to scared to attempt the drive to Jackson! She was so bad I couldn’t even get out of Ripley!!!! Had to stop AGAIN praying they could at least get her stable enough for the trip, they are NOW treating the GI bleed and we are AGAIN waiting on the ambulance for the transfer...... I’m begging you please pray for her please!!!! This is turning out to be a nightmare blood pressure is 98/74, she’s almost gasping because her oxygen levels are running So low dropping to 68 she’s sheet white and passing blood through her stool NOTHING but blood and vomiting blood, I’m really scared now because she’s gotten so much worse than when this started..... dr walks in says what’s going on and I reply with a smidge of sarcasm mind you after all look what we have been going though and I say well “she didn’t make it to the GI dr you recommended!! She’s gotten way worse!!!! And will you believe the nurse that helped my mother to th car the first time because she couldn’t even walk threw her hands up at me and said “hey we are taking care of her” Regina Gray I think is what they told me her name was, I said lord Jesus do not allow me to go to jail tonight I need to be here for my mom......... LAUDERDALE COUNTY hospital will be getting a lengthy letter needless to say, plz just keep her in your thoughts...... they ended up having the chopper get her and we arrived at 8 mon morning. The pics are of her getting ready to be flown to Jackson and after arriving at Jackson and being admitted to ICU!!!!
