I took my daughter in last Friday. It was determined she had the flu or at least I'm sure that's what they billed to my insurance. I went back the following Thursday for a note for school and was treated with tremendous disrespect. My daughter had a fever of 103 that Friday and following Saturday. It was all I could do to get her well. I sent her back to school Monday but she relapsed and was sick again. So after watching my sick child while I did my coding job. I was treated disrespectfully by Jessica Sharp CRNP. Who claimed in order to give my child a note i should've brought her back in to be seen again. When she hasn't even finished her first round of antibiotics. I kept her because after Tylenol and Ibuprofen I could still not get her fever lower than 101.5. So I should send her back to school to make all the other children sick too. And my daughter is 5.5 and we have never been there before. You act like we have ask for a school excuse and you dare give a sick child's mom a lecture. What did they teach you in school exactly?

The nurses here seem to be more qualified than the actual doctors themselves. At least they are: kind, sincere, helpful, will listen, and seem to be interested in your health and well being. ALL emergencies are important no matter how big or how small. The doctors here do NOT care about any problems you may have as long as they don't have to waste their time with you. As seen on multiple occasions by multiple people. If you're in a car wreck, need to give birth, or if you fell into extremely hot grease, just walk it off. You'll get about the same results as going to this establishment. Maybe even a better result.

Wouldnt treat me for spotted rocky mountain fever. No tests wouldnt perform them even after explaining i had been previously diagnosed and havent had time for follow up but was in major major pain. I wanted antibiotics dr edwards was so hatefully rude to start with and his eyes were bugging out like he was high , i needed help and bc i mentioned i was out of my 60 mg cymbalta; and failed to mention i have them still in my system just lower dosage ......treated me like. Pill head like i was just there for pain relief. No im worried if this goes untreated !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hr will hear from me

Every time I have went to this ER, it has been a bad experience in which the doctors would not listen to what I had to say. Most of the nurses were spectacular. Dr. Edwards, however, is incredibly thorough, funny and genuinely seems to care for his patients!

Worst experience ever. The doctor in the er was hateful and rude as was the nurses. The nicest nurse that they have is Debbie Bradford. She is honestly an angel in scrubs.
