I have spent more time then I'd like in hospitals in the last few years. I've spent time here as patient, visitor, and client to out patient PT and Urology. Overall, I've been impressed by a staff that works hard to meet the needs of patients in a timely manner, keep everyone comfortable, and generally be helpful. Sure there is the occasional busy time when you have to wait, a grumpy nurse, or some paperwork nonsense, which is why this isn't a perfect place. The scale leans far to the side of good in this hospital. Heck, check out the gift shop at least--that's top notch.
Will never go there consciously again. Sign nothing. If you end up there, ask to be taken anywhere else. Arby's would be more useful.
Incredible experience in Labor & Delivery. They honored our wishes and knew how to comfort will guiding my wife to a successful delivery. OB/GYN doctors are exceptional. Every interaction with each doctor was thoughtful, empathetic and honest.
Thank you for an amazing experience. Truly a great hospital!
Since LMH has purchased a lot of physician's offices, I have noticed you no longer get to see the physician very often. I would say a ratio of 1 doctor visit to 5-6 nurse practitioner visits. The appointment costs the same. I have only noticed this since Obamacare so not sure if other hospitals do the same thing. I think I will check and see.
every visit has been smooth and easy with a thoughtful staff. although the billing department doesn't seem to ever answer the phone.
