If you want to feel like a number and not a patient. This is the place to go. My father was admitted after suffering a stroke. The hospital after a few days. Told us, "your dad is not able to drink or eat and is having seizures."
2 days later: " he's good enough to go to a care facility."
Us: "No, let's give it a few days."
Them: "uh... Okay... You sure? He's fine. He's good. He can do it."
Us: "something wrong with the insurance?"
Them: well, no... But..."
Us: "he's good to stay a few days then."
We go home... 2 hours later.
Them: "your father has been rushed to the ER."
I rush up there... Dad is drugged up.
Ask him in our language...
"Hey, what happened?"
Dad: "nothing they just woke me up and rushed me in here."

Great place if you like to make ghost appointments that aren’t actually there. It’s fun because you get to call out of work and then have a wasted day, plus you get to do it again at a later date! The switchboard lady is a robot. Can’t even ask her if the sky is blue. So helpful. Glad I get to spend all of my money with these experiences too.

I can't praise enough this hospital's nursing staff on the 4th floor as well as their social workers geriatric doctors phycology department and Medicare worker. If it were not for these people and their wonderful care my grandmother she would not be where she is today. Honestly I never knew much about this hospital..I use Providence Hospital but I give this place five stars and more seeing how devoted they were.. I would recommend this place. My grandmother was treated so well, I really can't praise this hospital enough.

My friend was here after she had a complicated surgery. Thank God everything went well. The reason for my low rating is because, I found out that a night time the hospital doors close. The reason the doors close is because, they don't want homeless people in the lobby area where they could be warm. That's what an employee from this establishment told me. This broke my heart. How can this place be called a "Good Samaritan", if you are doing the opposite? I understand that the lobby is for patients, but some of these people just want to stay out of the cold.
